"Daddy! Daddy! Wake up! Wake up!" A little boy besides Khalil jumped up and down excitedly. "It is morning now! Let's go play!" Khalil groaned. It was that dream again that hunted him although he couldn't remember clearly what happened and the surrounding darkened but one thing he knew for certain, Stephen.... Stephen had shield Khail from something again and gone for good. Although Khalil could speak now, he wished he never had gained it back. He sighed, and rubbed his eyes to look around the room; his wife next to him still sleeping, and the sun beaming through the curtains. It was a nice winter morning in New York City as it snowed nicely in the streets.
"My dear little James, let's not wake your mom up okay? Let's surprise her with breakfast in bed okay?" Khalil smiled kindly as the child bounced up and down, nodding excitedly. Today is Christmas and the kid was excited. And before he left the room, he looked one last time at the mirror, seeing Stephen smiling back at him. "I wish you were here brother. I think little James would love you... I miss you, brother."
Maybe, just maybe... The memories will come back to him... Just maybe....
