-i would love to hear your thoughts on the story so far-

The nights cold, he thinks that its past ten but he's not sure. What a night to be out. And naked. He huffs.

The first thing he notices is the light blue jeep parked on the side of the road, its not in bad shape, its not in a good shape either. The lights are on and he can hear the faint sound of the engine purring. Silent cries.

That's when he notices the boy, sheltered in the shadows as he screamed out in agony, hitting the steering wheel, the sound beginning to fade, less evident, and he thinks that the boys hands are finally starting to give in. He watches as the boy bangs his head against the steering wheel, twice, thrice, he doesn't get back up a fourth time. His forehead resting on the steering wheel. Arms covering his head. Jacob could hear the silent weeps. He thinks that the boys tired.

The pain and hurt radiated off the boy in waves, making him uneasy in a way he couldn't describe. His insides rumbled in sync to the silent cries, sympathizing with it. The boys aura tainted dark, almost black, the air hung cold around him, even the silence felt deeper. Desolated.

He could feel the way his wolf groaned and growled in frustration, snarling, and he wonders why his wolf is acting out. He could feel it howling in anger, demanding freedom, banging against its cages, and he has to fight the temptation to give in. He doesn't trust himself. He doesn't trust the wolf. He knows that its beyond his control and that worries him. He wonders if he is going berserk. Going wild. He hopes not.

He steps back, hiding behind the shadows as the teen finally conjurs up enough effort to sit back up, relaxing in his seat as he dries away the tears into his sleeve. Jacob can hear the frustration in the boys voice as he groans, he hates himself for being so weak, for breaking down like that, Jacob can tell.

Jacob watches as the boy wipes away at his face, rubbing it against his sleeve, and that's when he notices the moles on his cheeks. Scattered across like a beautiful constellation, he thinks he see's a few on his neck, but he is not sure.

The boy sits back in his seat, sighs in a deep breath as he closes his eyes shut, trying to calm himself down.

Jacob doesn't feel the way his wolf howls out when he notices the boys long eyelashes, pale skin seemingly glowing in the dark. He can barely make out a figure, but there's something familiar about the boy, that much he can tell. He squints in an effort to get a cleaner look, ignorant to the way his wolf howled out in enthusiasm, eager, calm and at the same time on edge. It purrs, and there's something tranquil about it.

It takes him a while to notice the way his wolf seemed to have calmed down, it's still on edge, nervous, but the burning rage seems to have doused. That doesn't worry him any less though. He thinks that its the overflowing hurt, the pain he felt, that's trigerring his wolf to act out in this way but he's not sure. He shouldn't have left, this was probably his wolfs way of getting back at him for being such a coward. For running away like that. Maybe this was its way of making him pay for leaving her behind. It probably wanted him to stay, fight for her, claim her as his. He doesn't realize how dead wrong he was. He couldn't begin to fathom the effect the boy had on his wolf. He doesn't see the way the boy seemed to stir up the wolf inside. The way the wolf howled out for him, wanting him, needing him.

He turns around, walking away but stops at the faintest groans and a "fucking little—" then he hears a huff. He turns around to the boy wiping away at his face again. The tears wouldn't stop falling. He curses out in anger, hissing, left knuckle rubbing hard against his eye and he holds a palm against his right. Niagara falls on this boy.

Jacob watches as the boy finally drops his hands in surrender, letting the tears flow as his head rest against the drivers seat. A hand held across his forehead, casting a shadow on his eyes. From where Jacob stood, the tears seem to shimmer in the dark, glittering with beauty, flowing down his cheeks.
