By now, Peter is be opening up his precious box to reveal my neat little letter on the top of his stack with all my inheritance and my heart-felt writing. It won't make up for the pain it would bring him but, it is enough to enable him to live comfortably and do something useful with his life.

The wind is picking up speed, as if it is nudging me to jump. This is my signal. I threw myself to the wind as I plummeted towards the icy cold water calling to me. The last thing that crossed my mind was the little boy, Peter, who's crushed and probably scarred for life. He is strong; he will get through it. My body was dunked into the freezing water.
I'm relieved of my sins now.
