The bus ride home was a clear reflection of that morning. Each group eagerly inquiring about the others plan. No one concerned by mister Rogers assignment.

Daniella arrived home as the sun was just about to set. Her grey eyes wandering the terrain. Her parent's vehicle absent from the driveway. They were at work, they always were. This was her norm.

Quietly she moved up the steps leading to the front door. Sylvester stared lazily at her. His tiny body curled in to a ball. His mouth opened up wide as he yawned.

"Sleepy cat, " Daniella smirked as she entered the house. She walked to the living room, grabbed the TV remote and pressed play on a movie. The opening theme roared along with a loud grumble that echoed from her stomach.

Daniella charted her way to the fridge. An internal battle of good v.s evil fought when she tried deciding what would be her meal.

"Fruit?

 No! that's a snack!

but its healthy,

but I'm hungry. "

and so the battle continued until... Daniella saw twenty dollars on the counters end. A hand written note sat next to it. Daniella, We'll be home tomorrow morning at about ten o'clock. Behave and do your homework. Love Mom and Dad.

Daniella immediately knew what would solve her ever lasting hunger. Daniella grabbed a drink, took her phone to order and flopped down on the couch.

Her mind was wondering too far from reality. How was her only question. How could mister Rogers pair Christopher with her. A wave of disgust washed over her as a memory leaked through.

Daniella was emerged in her own world of wonder. A knock at the door snapped her from the state.

She rushed to the door expecting sweet relief from her hunger.

She plucked open the wood separating her from the outside to reveal someone unexpected and unwanted.

"What the fuck are you doing here?" She asked.

Her grey eyes examining the boy infront of her. His body taller than that morning. His arms rested on his hips. A smirk plastered on his face.

Garlic tuna furmented in trash for a week smelled better than his breath.

He leaned forward.

"Thought we'd do our 'project'."

"I said I don't want to do the project. Not the project and not with you."

"Holy shit!" He shouted.
"You are really playing hard to get!"

"What about no don't you understand!" Daniella yelled, slamming the door. She turned away thinking the door was shut and that was that... But felt eyes grabbing her figure.

She spun on her heels. Her eyes meeting his. Panic filled her being. Her heart raced. Her mind filled with darkness. She couldn't think straight.Daniella ran to the living room. Her legs ran as fast as she could.  She jumped and dived over obstacles, finally reaching her phone.

She threw her shaking hands at the telephone, but was pushed to the floor before she could respond.

He... was... on... her...

His legs holding her down. The tight jeans denting her skin. His hands were on his belt, trying to loosen it.His eyes were dark. Daniella struggled under his grasp. Her hands roaming the icy floor, insearch of a weapon.

The belt sprang loose of Christopher's middle and on to Daniell's neck.

Daniella's gray eyes grew grayer. Her hands scavenged the the ground for a few seconds longer.

"Smash!"

The body planted on Daniella grew heavier. it fell to the ground with a thud.

 Christopher was dead.

"knock , knock!"

Gracefully she leaped through the air rushing to the shower. She thored the bloodstained clothes from her body. She jumped into the shower and heard another knock.

"Coming" she yelled. She quickly wrapped a towel around her and moved to the door.

She opened the door. Infront of her stood a tall man in his late twenties in a blue uniform.

In his hand rested a square box holding a circular food item cut into triangles.

"Sorry, I was in the shower" she said breathless loosly holding on to the towel. The half naked female turned around reaveling her lower back. Dropplets of water slid down her lower back. Her perfect imperfect figure.

She grabbed the money from the counter, giving it to the pizza delivery guy. Their hands touching ever so slightly. Hers smooth and elegant. His big and strong. He gently handed the pizza to Daniella.

Daniella grabbed the pizza with both hands, allowing the towel to slide down. His eyes jerked down.

"Sorry" Daniella pleaded.

The pizza guy grinned and counted the change.

"Keep it" Daniella smiled, closing the door.

Daniella threw the pizza on the counter and rushed to the mirror.

"What the hell was that?" Daniella cried to the mirror.

Her reflection look bored, irritated. "Ohh' come on!" the voice called. Daniella gazed at the mirror. A look of confusion played her features. Dannie the reflection reached through the glass and took Daniella's hand and whispered...

"Trust me"
