**~~**ISABELLA'S POV**~~**

I wake up to some beeping sound. That smell.. i'm in a damn hospital.

"Is she going to be okay?? I hear my father ask in worry.

"She'll be fine sir. But she is too dehydrated, exhausted and lacking the Vitamins and Iron. It's not good for her or the babies." I hear someone say.

"Babies??" Marco says.

"Si, she is pregnant with Twins Mr Martinez."

"I'm what?" I say in a hoarse voice as my throat is awefully dry.

"Pregnant with twins. You are 2 months along. You need to drink more fluids, eat more and sleep. When was the last time you slept properly??" My eyes flutter open and i turn to face Marco, my dad and the nurse.

"Uhm a month ago." I shrug out. I lick my dry lips.

"What helps you sleep? You need to do that." She asks. I glare at her.

"Absolutly not. You are out of your damn mind." I grit out. Marco chuckles.

"You need to rest properly or you'll be in and out of hospital." I blink at her as i feel my face going even more paler than before. I shoo her away before i sigh heavenly. Marco smiles at me and places his hand on my shoulder before leaving. My dad kisses my forehead and tells me to rest. He'll be back soon. Great.

**~~**LUCIO'S POV**~~**

I'm sat in my office going through the contract as Vanessa sits on the couch rubbing her belly and smiling. Psh.

My door opens and my dad and Alessio walk in.

"Get out." My dad says in a stern voice to Vanessa. She gulps and rush's out. I spark up a fag as i look at the contract again.

"You okay son?" My dad asks.

"I guess." I sigh out.

"What you doing??" He asks

"Trying to find a fucking loophole in this damn contract. Just made a doctors appointment for Vanessa. I need to see how far along she is and the dates. There is no way that baby is mine. I always used a condom on her and i would have known if it broke, but who knows what that physco would do to have my baby." I say with anger as i lean back in the chair. I sigh and rub my forehead. Dad looks at Alessio.

"What's going on??" I ask in confusion. My dad walks towards my desk slowly and sits on the chair infront of it.

"Do you care About her?" He asks.

"Who?" I ask.

"Isabella." I close my eyes and sigh sadly as my heart pounds hearing her name.

"You know she came into my life like a hurricane. Ran straight in front of my car. I have never had any women on my mind till her. It drove me crazy. I was ready to rip my hair out. I never thought i would care about any women in my life, but my god i know i care about her." I say with a slight smile as i look into the far distance remembering how we met.

"But she won't talk to me, she won't stay near me long enough to explain anything. She hasn't slept in our bed in a month. I got use to her being there that i am lucky to even get an hour or 2 sleep." I say as i look at my Dad.

"Si, well she has to now." He says with a small smile. I frown in confusion.

"What?" I ask.

"We went to talk to her but she collapsed on the floor in the bedroom." I feel my face drain of the colour as he carries on talking. "We took her to the infirmary, the nurse said she is exhausted, she is dehydrated and has lack of Vitamins and Iron. It is not good for her or the babies." He says slowly. Babies?? What babies??

"Babies?" I say just above a whisper.

"She is 2 months pregnant with twins. The doctor said she needs a decent night sleep. Isabella said she ain't had one since a month ago. She has to do what she did to go to sleep. My guess is, she can't sleep properly without you either." Alessio says as he stands infront of the desk. S-she is pregnant?? I swallow harshly as my throat becomes dry.

"Now i know those babies are mine. I always got caught up i never thought about a condom." I mutter.

"Twins? You said twins?" I say as i look at them. They smile and nod there head. I nervously bite my lip.

I am having twins.
