You And Me Forevermore

"Would you like to dance?", he asks me.

"I would love to", I say giving him a lovely smile.

He comes one step closer and puts his arms around my lower back and pulls me even closer. I put my arms around his neck. He leans down and our foreheads touch. This is what I want and I want it with him. We are dancing to the music upstairs. I know I should feel bad about this because of Adam and it does not feel right but it feel right in this moment.

"This feels so right even though it is so wrong", I tell him.

"I know", he whispers.

I look him in the eyes. Feeling traped in his beautiful beautiful eyes. But in the best way. The moment to kiss him can not be more perfect.

"We shouldn't", he says with disappointment in his eyes. I can see that he really wants it as much as I do.

"No. We probably shouldn't."

He takes a step back without interrupting the eye contact.

"Joe... I want this. I want you. Mine and Adam's relationship has come to an end since he left for tour. Since I met you."

"I know. I want it too. I wanted you since I first saw you but there is something between you and Tom and you can't deny it."

"I know", I almost whisper. Tears I rolling down my face. I really want to be with him but he's right. There is something between me and Tom.

"Taylor", he says. I can see pain in his eyes which breaks my hear. "I will wait for you no matter how long it takes."

"No. You can't do this for me. You gotta move on."

"I will wait for you. I don't care for how long."

"I love you", I say not knowing what I'm actually doing here. It's the truth, I love him without a doubt. But I developed strong feelings for Tom as well. I can't just forget about them. I need to figure out if there is something real between us.

"You and me forevermore", he say. I can't help but kiss him. The perfect way to end this magical but really confusing night at the Met Gala 2016.
