Ch. 3: The science experiment 1.21 gigawatts!

You awoke to an alarm clock going off which Marty turned off then the phone rang which woke you up. Marty talked to someone then jumped up and started getting his stuff. He hung up and you asked him what was going on. He told you that Doc called and that he needed Marty to come. Marty figured you could come to and meet him. You both jumped out his window and headed to the unknown destination. You followed Marty and had an idea of where you were going. When you guys got to the Twin Pines Mall you saw a trailer and you followed Marty to it. When you got there you saw a dog, which Marty called Einstein, who he introduced to you shortly after. The trailer started opening and then a weird looking car rolled out. You whispered to Marty unsure of what was happening, "Isn't that a Delorean?" He shook his head yes slowly. It rolled out of the trailer and then the door opened and a man white crazy white hair who looked like Albert Einstein. He looked kind of like your dad but older. He smiled at Marty and started talking then saw you there. He stared at you as if he recognized you then said, "Marty, I see you brought your friend with." Doc smiled at you and you smiled back waiting to see if he would recognize you. After a bit. Marty decided to introduce you "So Doc, this is my friend y/n Brown." Doc realized who you were and ran to you and gave you a hug. "Hi Uncle Brown." you said. Marty, looking confused, stared at you questioningly. You walked over to Marty and said, "I'm his niece, he's my dad's brother." Doc said "Well y/n, how did you meet Marty?" You told him of wanting to see him for help with a project and explained how when you went to Doc's lab Marty was there. He nodded his head and said, "Marty, I'm glad you remembered to grab the recorder. This is the experiment I've been waiting for all my life!" You looked and Marty and he shrugged his shoulders. He put the recorder on his shoulder and started recording. Doc put Einstein into the DeLorean and grabbed a remote controller. Marty kept trying to ask Doc things but Doc would cut him off. Doc grabbed you and Marty and turned the DeLorean around and started having it drive towards you fast. You and Marty tried to jump out of the way of the speeding vehicle, but Doc pulled you both back. He said to Marty, "If my calculations are correct, When this baby hits 88mph your gonna see some serious stuff." The car came closer faster, and faster. Then flash! It was gone and there were flaming tire marks on the road. Doc started celebrating him killing Einstein or so you thought. Marty started yelling at Doc, "Holy crap, holy crap Doc, you disintegrated Einstein!" Doc told Marty, "Calm down Marty, I didn't disintegrate anything. Einstein and the car are fine." Marty asked Doc "Then where the heck are they?!?" "The appropriate question is when the heck are they!" Doc responded he sounded pretty happy. Doc told Marty that Einstein was the worlds first time traveler. Doc said he sent him into the future. I was too dazed of what happened to understand what Doc was saying. "Wait a minute Doc, Doc are you telling me you built a time machine out of a DeLorean?!?" Marty asked doc. Doc said, "Well, the way I see it, if your gonna build a time machine out of a car, might as well do it with style." Doc continued explaining. (I know the quotes aren't the same as the movie but I'm trying my best off memory.) Then Doc said, "Look out!" and grabbed Marty and I   just in time, the DeLorean reappeared. Doc told us how Einstein's clock was exactly one minute behind his, and showed us Einstein's watch (Einstein was fine like doc promised). He told us how everything worked and showed us the time circuits and told us some dates then typed the date November 5, 1955. Doc said that was the date he fell of his toilet and saw the flux capacitor. He told us more about it. He kept saying time machine throughout explaining it. Marty asked doc if it ran on gasoline, and doc said no it didn't, and that it required something with more of a kick, plutonium. Then he walked over to a case that said "Plutonium" and you looked at Marty not sure what was going to  happening. Marty said in a high pitched voice, "This suckers nuclear?!?"doc responded, "No, no this suckers electrical but i need a nuclear reaction to generate the 1.21 gigawatts of electricity I need. Doc grabbed some radiation suits and handed them to you both. Doc opened the case and pulled out a tube and stuck it into the DeLorean. I held Marty's arm anxiously. The red disappeared making a noise and I jumped. Then Doc took off his helmet and said we were safe to take ours off now. Then he grabbed a suitcase and stuck it in the trunk of his car. He was talking about allergies and cotton underwear.
