Why Do you Fight (aot)

Hanji walked out to the balcony. Levi sat perched on it. His head down and shoulder shaking, as silent tear fell down his face.
"Levi..."
He didn't move, he stayed in the same position has his silent tear grew in the a loud sob.
"LEVI," Hanji yelled
running up to him and wrapping her arms around him. It was strange she rarely if ever hugged the short man but it felt right. She had never seen him cry, or show any emotion for the matter except angry. It was strange, but to Levi it was wrong. Levi, "humanity's strongest" was breaking. He was scared of weakness, he didn't want to be a snot-nosed brat like Eren, or a cry baby like Armin. He wanted to be strong but he couldn't anymore.
Hanji looked up at Levi, arms still wrapped around him.
"Levi?"
"You know Hanji," Levi began "year, months, maybe even days ago I could of told you why I fought, why I didn't quit when I could have so easily, be right now sitting at this edge I can't."
Hanji looked up
"A long time ago i fought for my best friends...my family. They died. Then I fought for my squad, the people I trusted most. They died. After that I fought to avenge them, but right now I fight for nothing." He continued.
"Do you know easy it would be end it all, to jump from this balcony to let the Titans gets me, to slit my throat."
Hanji looked up in shocked
"Levi stop, you can't think that. You fight for Eren, Erwin, to protect the-"
"NO"
"I don't fight them. You don't get it Hanji I don't want to fight anymore, I've lost everyone-" his voice cracked
"I can't do this anymore, I'm tired, and I don't have to will to do any of this FUCKING SHIT ANYMORE" he yelled, letting tear fall from his dim, gray eyes.
"Levi...I get it, it's hard. But if you won't fight for yourself, fight for me. I know we have our differences, but shorty I really do care about you." Hanji laughed as she said the nickname
Levi rolled his eyes but a small smile creep on his mouth.
"the fact that you let me see you like this proves that you feel the same?" she questioned
"yes Hanji...i feel the same" Levi muttered.
"HAHA I DID IT" she yelled
"Shhh" Levi laughed
Hanji looked over
"you laughed...you smiled.."
Levi looked down.
"what about it shitty brains" he said quietly
"nothing," she smiled "it looks good on you"
"Now DONT get all mushy on my now shitty glasses."
Hanji pushes up her glasses and they both laughed.
"Levi..?"
"Yes."
"You know..I think your my best friend.."
"Hanji. I think your mine to."
They tightened(titaned) their hug, for in a world like this you need to cherish moments like this.
