Princess? I Yoonmin (Discontinued)

The Yoonkook story ain't ready yet so here's the Yoonmin one instead.

Yoongi was walking in the halls, just finished his study in library, when he decided to visit his twin sister since he won't be seeing her for awhile.

You see, his sister was supposed to marry the prince of Park Kingdom. He knew his sister was against it but she couldn't really do anything. She only met the prince twice and they never really hung out together eventhough they were future partners. The wedding was 2 months away and she was supposed to stay at the Park Kingdom until then. Eventhough Yoongi and his sister always fight, he surely will miss her.

He knocked on his sister's room and entered when he heard her voice, allowing him to.

"What are you doing?" He asked as he saw his sister was packing some stuff up.

"I thought you are supposed to be at the Park Kingdom next week" he questioned again.

"I-uh they changed some stuff up and I'm supposed to be tomorrow" she answered, looking a little bit suspicious but Yoongi decided not to dig into it.

"Aww I'll miss you. We didn't even get to hang out" he said as he let himself fall onto the fluffy bed. There were still a lot for her to pack but it seems like her twin sister, also known as Yoonji, didn't even bother to do it.

"I'll miss you too, baby bro" she said as she sat next to him, ruffling his hair.

"Hey, don't call me a baby! I'm only like-5 minutes younger" Yoongi said as he swatted her hands away.

"Still a baby" she shrugged. It was filled with silence as Yoongi decided to speak up

"Hey, Yoonji. Can I-I y-you k-know like w-we u-used-"

"What is it, Yoongs? Tell me" Yoonji cut him off.

"Can I sleep with you tonight since I won't see you for a long time? Please" he said in a small voice. Yoonji smiled softly and nodded at his shy demeanour as he ran excitedly to change to his nightwear.

It had been known to her that her little brother always liked to be with someone rather than alone. He was always dependent on her since they were a baby while Yoonji herself was more carefree. She was sad that she had to leave him but at least his personal butler will keep him company.

She was sad that she had to do this to her baby brother.

Yoongi woke up the next morning when someone shook him. He was still half asleep but noticed it was 7 in the morning. Time to wake up, he guessed.

He looked around the room to find his sister and noticed that Yoonji's bags were gone instead but the rest of her stuff were still there. Did she not take them? Consider that she will probably live there for the rest of her life.

"Young master may I ask why you are here and where has your sister gone to? We were trying to search for her but found you instead" his personal butler, also known as Kim Taehyung or Tae, asked.

"I was here because it's Yoonji's last night at the castle, right? She said she was supposed to be at Park Kingdom today" Yoongi said, a little confused as he also saw the perplexed look on Taehyung.

"What do you mean, young master? She was supposed to go next week" Yoongi widened his eyes at the butler's statement. Does that mean that...it can't be. He left the room and went to his instead. He quickly freshened up and changed into his royal attire as he went to greet his parents at the dining room.

"Mom! Dad! Has you seen Yoonji?" He asked, a little bit worried.

"We met her this morning. She said she'll be in the study room with you all day" his mother replied.

"I...just woke up" he said slowly, not wanting his parents to panic as he tried to hint at something. He remembered his dream last night. His sister was talking to him but it seems so real.

'I'm sorry, Yoongi. I hate it here'

"Are you saying.." his father said. A hint of anger was heard in his tone.

"I saw her packing last night. She said she had to be at the Park Kingdom today" Both of his parents widened their eyes at his statement. His father stood up abruptly, summoning the royal guards as he left his breakfast unfinished. His mother soon followed.

He wanted to follow them also but was stopped by Taehyung, asking him to eat first to which he complied.

He walked into the throne room to find his father yelling angrily at some of the guards.

"Find her! Or you'll lose your job!" He yelled as the royal guards bowed and walked away. He approached them, asking what had happen.

"It seems like your sister had run away" Yoongi widened his eyes at the statement.

"What do you mean? How about the wedding?" He asked

"That's what I'm stressing about. This will surely ruin our reputation if they found out that the princess had ran away. We have to think of something" his father said as he massage his own temple. It'll surely took longer than a week to find his sister. How could he hide the dissapearance of the princess from the Park Kingdom? Saying 'my daughter ran away because she doesn't want to get married to your son'? That's ridiculous. Unless...

"Yoongi!" His father suddenly exclaimed as he scanned the boy which had taken him aback.

"You have to help your kingdom. We can't say that your sister ran away. So you must take her place for a while before we find her"

"What?!" Both him and his mother exclaimed.

"What do you mean?" his mother asked in his stead.

"We need time to search for Yoonji. In the meantime, Yoongi will disguse as her and hang out with the prince as if nothing happen. We'll have a lot of time to find her before the wedding"

"B-but I don't even know anything about the prince" Yoongi stuttered, feeling stucked.

"So does your sister. Please, Yoongi. You look exactly the same as Yoonji. The prince won't notice a thing" his father practically begged him. Yoongi, not wanting to dissapoint his father, had no choice but to accept it.

"Great. You'll pack your stuff right away. Taehyung will be going with you"

Can't believe his father just sold him like that? Eh, not really but still.

End of chapter 1. I actually got inspiration from a tiktok video. It says that they also got the inspiration from a wattpad story but since we're in the world of fanfiction, we won't find a story like that. So here's my version.
