Silent Shadow

Chapter 2

After taking the guys car I drove down the highway until I found an exit. As soon as I got to a neighborhood I got out took my things and called 911 reporting a stolen car. I walked for hours my legs began to ache I started feeling dizzy and as if I was gonna vomit. I continued to walk until I found a supermarket. As I entered I felt myself feeling more weak suddenly everything went black. As I try opening my eyes things are  blurry  I hear many voices and sirens. But things begin to fade. When I fully  woke up I found myself in a hospital bed. I got up ate the food at the end of my bed given to me. The nurse walked in asking how I was feeling I simply explained I felt fine and had to go. She didn't want to let me leave so once she left I knew I had to sneak out. I saw a bag on the floor next to the bed it had my stuff but my gun was missing. I grabbed my bag and took anything that I could use. I got some food A bottle of pain killers and a set of clothes laying in a chair. After taking it all I went to the door looked out saw the nurse but even worse I saw somebody undercover from the company. At that moment I knew I had to find another way out of the Hospital. I looked around the room there's a window but its locked. I tried to force it open but it just wouldn't but I knew I couldn't give up. The nurse walked in checking on me I told her I was gonna use the restroom. I locked myself in I looked around hoping to find something. There was A vent above the sink but I have nothing to open it up with I have to find something. I found a quarter on the floor I used it to open up the vent. I heard a knock on the door I heard a familiar voice on the other side asking me to come out. Quickly I closed up my bag put it on stepped up onto  the toilet put one foot on the sink reached up gave myself a lift and got into the vent.
