Pokemon Beginnings

Journey of a lifetime

(A/N All starter pokemon can be picked from all regions)
Long ago, The pokemon world was brought to the verge of apocalypse during a civil war which was only ended when the Legendary King AZ fired his secret weapon to destroy both sides after his floette was killed in action, This weapon was so powerful it created a two parallel universes, one with regular stones, where the weapon was never fired, and one where stones where flooded with such power they can push certain pokemon beyond their limits. Our story begins in the second universe of Mega Evolution which is the term used to describe the phenomena of pokemon going beyond their limits with these stones. Our hero, Troy had woken up to the sound of wild fletchling and fletchinder chirping away and the family pokemon a rockruff nicknamed Roxy going mad trying to get someone to wake up so she could get some food, so Troy sorted out some food for Roxy and got changed in his purple tracksuit and went out for a run around Pallet Town waiting for his sister and his friend to wake up so they could get their pokemon after all Troy was getting his 6 months late. Eventually a miracle happened and the two went outside to meet Troy, so the 3 took off for the pokemon lab looking for Professor Oak. When the 3 got their they were meeted by the most insufferable of the Oaks, Gary Oak, the professor's grandson to be honest he shared the same arrogance as Troy something which has made the two fierce rivals in everything. Gary was gloating about his new Squirtle that his grandfather had given him when Troy simply barged past into the lab to meet the professor

Troy: Yo Professor you in here
Oak: Oh yes Troy just give me a moment, are the others with you
Troy: Yeah they're here
Oak: Ah well why dont you three come on over and pick your pokemon I'm afraid we only have fire types though
Troy: *smirks* fine by me
Alec: Hello Professor
Oak: Alec my boy how are you
Alec: I'm good
Caitlin: Hi Professor
Oak: Caitlin doing well I hope
Caitlin: Yeah I'm doing good
Oak: Well enough small talk why dont you 3 pick your pokemon out
Troy: *steps forward* I made my choice a long time ago *picks up pokeball labelled fire 1 and throws it to the sky* COME ON OUT
From the Pokeball an extremely cute Charmander comes out and falls into Troy's arms
Troy: Charmander I wanted you to be my partner since I first liked pokemon so what do you say partners?
Charmander: Charm (Eh why not)
Troy: That's the spirit!
Oak: Who next
Caitlin: Me *picks up pokeball labelled "fire 6"* Fennekin I choose you
Oak: Well Alec go ahead and pick
Alec: *picks up pokeball labelled "fire 7" I pick Litten
Oak: Well I hope you 3 become extraordinary Pokemon Trainers, I wish you luck on your journey
Troy: Thanks prof, For all of this
Oak: My pleasure now go explore the world

The 3 now Pokemon Trainers left the lab to begin their journey as rushing towards them is Ash Ketchum still in his pyjamas as he runs into Troy knocking him down

Troy: God you idiot! Don't you look where you run!
Ash: I'm sorry but I woke up late and I'm supposed to get my pokemon today
Troy: Its fine I dont know if Oak has anymore available pokemon though
Ash: WHAT?!?!?!
Troy: He might have one
(Those of you that have watched the anime I'm skipping to after Ah got his Pikachu from Oak)
Troy: Man Ash that Pikachu does NOT like you
Ash: What do you mean? He loves me see *goes to lift Pikachu and gets shocked*
Troy: Seems Ash was a little "shocked"
Caitlin: No
Alec: You should die
Troy: Well I think I'm gonna go swimming theres a lake over there
Alec: Dont gotta tell me twice
Caitlin: Think I'll leave it out *walks around the lake to relax*
Ash: Yeah I think I'm just gonna keep going with Pikachu over here
Troy: *scoffs* good luck with that

Troy and Alec had stripped down to their boxers and jumped into the lake with the two just relaxing talking everything pokemon and soaking everything in. In about 30 minutes they decide to go find Caitlin so they swim across the lake and find her talking with a girl that's a red head, wears a yellow crop top, red straps and short jean shorts

Troy: Yo Caitlin who's your friend
Caitlin: Oh you two this is Misty, Misty these are the dickheads
Troy: Fuck you
Misty: So your the deluded one that loves himself
Troy: Caitlin fuck you

All of a sudden the sky opens up and it's raining cats and dogs so Troy and Alec scramble to get out and get dressed (anime logic so already dry) When out of nowhere Misty gets a bite on her rod and pulls out a wild Ash who quickly gets on her bike promising to return in and dashes it out of there followed by at least 100 spearow
The 4 follow in the same direction until Ash crashes with a hurt pikachu, he decides to stand in front of Pikachu, arms outstretched when Pikachu uses Ash's arm as a boost and jumps into the flock of spearow and uses thunder shock, shocking all the spearow

Troy: Ok wow I was not expecting that
Caitlin: I'm confused
Misty: HEY WHATS THE BIG IDEA STEALING MY BIKE
Ash: Its just a bike
Misty: THATS NOT THE POINT YOU OWE ME A NEW BIKE
Ash: Cool
Troy: You guys wanna-
Caitlin and Alec: Yup

The three leave Ash and Misty to argue as they make their way towards Viridian City, whilst battling other trainers of course, they eventually made it to Viridian City only to be stopped by Officer Jenny.

Officer Jenny: Hey! Stop right there you three
Caitlin: Troy what did you do
Troy: I didn't do shit
Alec: You probably did
Troy: Oh fuck off
Officer Jenny: No he didn't do anything. We just have to search everyone that enters the city
Troy: Cool

Officer Jenny searches the 3 but doesn't find anything worth bringing up

Officer Jenny: Ok you three are good to go but first have you three heard of Team Rocket
Troy: Team Rocket?
Officer Jenny: They've been stealing other people's pokemon
Troy: Oh well we'll keep an eye out for them

The 3 then moved towards the poke centre but first they bought some pokeballs from the poke mart then they settled in for the night. Some time pasted and Ash entered the pokemon centre

Troy: Yo Ash!
Ash: Hm? Oh hey Troy what's up
Troy: Nothing much
Ash: Oh ok
Caitlin: How did that thing with Misty go
Ash: Who?
Troy: The bitch.
Ash: Oh well I just ignored her and she started following me dont no if she still is

Whilst the conversation is going on, suddenly the room fills with smoke to reveal to silhouettes

???: Prepare for trouble!
???: And make it double!
???: To protect the world from devastation
???: To unite all peoples within our nation
???: To denounce the evils of Truth and Love
???: To extend our reach to the stars above
???: Jessie!
???: James!
Jessie: Team Rocket blasts off at the speed of light
James: Surrender now or Prepare to fight
Meowth: Mewoth That's Right

Troy: Let me guess your two hippies that are apart of Team Rocket
Jessie: Why you!
James: Hippies?! Us!
Caitlin: Seems like it.

This makes Team Rocket angry so they send out their pokemon Jessie sends out an Ekans and James sends out a Koffing

Troy: Oh you want to battle in that case *sends out Charmander*
Ash: Go! Pikachu

The 4 pokemon are prepared for battle, waiting for someone to make a move when Charmander goes for a smokescreen blinding the Koffing and Ekans and when its cleared up they are met by a thunderbolt and Ember both of which connect, then Ekans goes for a bite on Pikachu which is dodged for Pikachu to pull off a quick attack and Koffing goes for a venoshock and it gets Charmander but he shakes it off to hit back with another Ember fainting the Koffing and then Pikachu and Charmander get a double tackle on the Ekans fainting it

Team Rocket: Looks like Team Rocket's blasting off again *runs*
