"WHAT?!" Jimin's voice roared, and despite the sorrow that was consuming him, the sight in front of him had made anger erupt inside him like an active volcano; continuously explosive and very much destructive.
"You heard it right," Jungkook countered, looking hostile towards Jimin – can't he fvcking understand that he doesn't want any more of him? Jungkook wanted all ties cut with Jimin. If Jimin came for his son, then fine – but no, no more him in the picture. After all, Jungkook knew a complete family with Jimin would never happen in reality. It was impossible for Jimin and him to be together again, almost like how a shattered piece of glass can never go back its original state.
"Heard it right? Heard what right?!" Jimin spat like the words that he heard was so unbelievable, leaving a bitter taste in his mouth that made him want to aggressively spit them out, he clenched his fists at the sight in front of him; wanting to focus on looking at Jungkook and not the hand that were interlocked with his. "I don't think so. Stop making this worse, Jungkook. You and I, we have to talk – don't cut out the communication."
"And I'm the one making this worse?" Jungkook hissed, "Stop turning the tables on me and make it like it's always going to be my fault, Jimin. All of this shit? It's your entire fault! You can't hold me responsible for this! Stop making me look like the perpetrator and you're the victim because it's absurd since it's all the other way around! It's getting tiring already."
Talk? You're getting too generic, too repetitive. You always come to ask me to talk, is that all you're ever going to be? Then let me play the part then – let's both be consistent, the answer will always be no. I have nothing to discuss with you anymore, we're done – fucking years ago, don't try to turn back time like nothing happened. Asshole." Jungkook moved past Jimin, intentionally striking his elbow when he made contact with him, he felt like he was going to burst with all this anger inside him, Jimin was like a fucking pest in his life – and god, the longer he associated with himself with him the more infected he feels like. So now, he has to exterminate the pest, has to heal himself from the infection if he wanted to continue moving forward.
Jimin was a wound that was now a scar, but why does a scar feel sore?
Jungkook felt something pull him back; he was just a step forward with Jimin behind him. He had his grip so tight in his wrist, forcing its way in to his hands and locking the both of their hands together. He gritted his teeth, he didn't want to look back – the feeling of fingers between the spaces in his, gave him the answer on who is it. "let go,"
"stay, please," Jimin sounded so tiny, so weak, and no hint of conviction. Park Jimin was begging. "I don't care if you say no to all my invites to talk – I'm fine with it but not this one, not this one, please."
Jungkook wanted to remove his ears and throw them away so he would never hear Jimin's pleas, because fvck he's so afraid...he's afraid that he might surrender; why was he always so weak for this man when all he had ever done was to take power over his heart and hurt him? When all that Jungkook did was love him and all Jimin ever did was give him pain? Why was this man so unfair?
He was so close to breaking down, everything inside him like a ticking bomb when-
"He said to let go," A voice interjected, grasping Jungkook's wrist and tugging it away from Jimin's side.
