(Just a heads up I have no knowledge on how court works or how they would word things when saying what the defendant is being charged with so don't attack me to much if you know more ab this then me, all I have backing me up on this is a Ted Bundy documentary and murder cases)

It's the day I face Mattia, I have about maybe 3 or 4 hours until I'm supposed to be in the court room to face my kidnapper, a murder, an old friend.... his parents haven't even been outside at all according to my parents.
I have never seen my parents so happy when they saw me, so much joy and A LOT of crying was happening in those 5 minutes before I went home. The day I went home I saw.... I saw my friends I had left. some came together and others came at a separate time. Ale and roshaun came first. They told me how much they were worried about me. We talked and I told them everything.... they still can't believe Mattia did those things I mean they knew he was a fuck boy but never in our right minds would we have thought he would be behind these things.
Robert and Alvaro came over next. They hugged me and wouldn't let go until 2 minutes later, I cried when I saw Alvaro and Robert, they both were super close with me since We were little. I told them what I told the other boys and got the same reaction. They had to leave but Robert was the one that was driving, he was the first one out the door so he could start the car. When he went out Alvaro and I had a little convo....
Alvaro: y/n
Y/n: yeah?
Alvaro: I'm glad you're ok.
Y/n: I am too.
Alvaro:....
Y/n:....
Alvaro: kairis ummm kairis been really worried like all of us but... I think he was hurting most and he wouldn't stop blaming himself.
Y/n: wait why?
Alvaro: maybe after your guys fight.
Y/n: the ceremony?
Alvaro: yeah....
Y/n: then why hasn't he called me or maybe came over to see me? You know maybe anything to apologize or to maybe see if I'm ok?
Alvaro: actually-
Y/n: no you know what, I don't care. I don't. I really don't at this point he can suck this big ass of min-
When I said that I turned around and saw Kairi standing at the door with some stuff in his hands.
Alvaro: yeah... ummm I'm gonna go now love you.
With that he kissed my cheek and ran out pass Kairi but before he left he patted kairis arm and whispered something in his ear
When Alvaro left that door it was just me and Kairi in the awkward silence
