Harold turned around when he heard meaner's voice.
What do you want he ask the adult in a sour tone he wasn't trying to be rude but the lack of sleep did not help he still dislike he was dating with his mom
Meaner did not comment on it however he held out his hand
Your mom wanted to have me this to you she thought you might love it he said
Harold looked at the object in the gym teachers hand
It was a necklace a sliverchain with a half heart hanging on it the half is blue it was best friend written in darker blue
Harold took it and held it to his hands the shiny chain reflected the light from the flurorcents in the celling where is was a magnet where the half will fit
That thought formed a question in Harolds mind where is the other one he said while studying it
Do I really have to tell you? Meaner answerd in sadness
Harold then looked at the words but it clicked again
His expression becomes sad as his guilt became to rise up
He did not cry though he had no tears left
Thanks he said softly before leaving
He went to the nearest bathroom put it on and looked at himself in the mirror.
Then he began to rub the heart half with his pointed fingers and thumbs
It felt relaxing to do that in a sense it felt like George was here for him telling him that everything will be okay
He did not want the feeling to go away.
He never ever take this necklace off ever if the world was ending .
He would protect it like it was him.
And if anyone tried to take it from him...
...he'd make them beg for mercy.
