Everyone and their mother knew that Madi made it an effort to never speak out on her opinions, especially about other people. So, to hear her say that about Kat shocked the two teens in the front, to say the least.
❝Mind if I ask why babe?❞ Mikalah questioned timidly. Slightly turning the obnoxious sound-cloud rapper Ben was blasting down, which earned her a slap on the wrist and a glare.
❝Keep your crusty fingers off my car. Lord only knows what you've been doing with 'em.❞ He always has to make shit sexual.
❝Oh I don't know.. Her vibe, I guess?❞ She explained, sounding unsure of her herself.
Madi obviously couldn't say the real reason, she'd fucking die if anyone found out.
❝Why don't we just go to the grocery store, and just hang out." Ben said, obviously noticing Madi's state. ❝That cool with you? I can drop you off at what's her faces house.❞
The store. If you think that seems like a really bizarre place to suggest, and that's because it is.
Before Benji was friends with a few select people, he was friends with everyone, and I mean, everyone.
There wasn't a party that he wasn't invited to and since he knew everyone, that got him caught up in the wrong crowd.
Party, after party, after party he would go to. We all know what happens at high school parties, even when you're just 15. He inevitably got addicted to drugs, and that's when the store came in.
Fez owns it and that's where Benji gets his ❝fun-time heal the pain medicine❞ as he so cleverly calls it. He even tried to get sober a few times, and it worked for a few of the drugs he used to take. Claimed it was easier because he "didn't really like them anyway."
He tries to keep his addiction to himself, but when you need your fix, you need your fix.

It was a known fact that Maddy Perez and Mikalah Alexus had a vendetta against one another. The two girls don't remember why they hate each-other as much as they do, but old habits die hard. Especially in this situation.
