{???'s POV:}

White. That's all you could see. You didn't understand it. You didn't know what white was. You existed and that's all you had: white. It was white for a long time. You didn't know how long, time and space were irrelevant. All you knew was white. When you moved around, you fell. You didn't know balance, or language, or any education. You were a giant newborn baby in this void.

 You soon learned how to walk and observe. You learned you could make noise in more ways than one, you learned you could grab things with your hands (though there was nothing to grab), and you learned what you looked like, at least partially. Your hair was brown, a color different than white. Your skin was a fleshy color, lighter than brown but darker than white. You had flesh and hair.

Once you fell, and hurt yourself. You learned pain, you learned how to bleed. You learned how to make the white red, then brown. You poked the red and it spread to your fingers. You learned what a liquid was. You liked to draw with the red. You tried to draw what you thought you looked like. You liked to draw, but the cut soon healed and you didn't have anything to draw with. This made you sad and you ran far far away from the drawing.

One day you saw something. It wasn't white and it wasn't you. It didn't look like you. It was also white, but different. It had red and brown. It had lots of other colors too. It had shapes. It could move, like you. It didn't have flesh like you. It was... weird. You approached the thing. It made noise too, but different. Noises came from his mouth. You had never tried that. You had a mouth too and tried to speak. It shocked you. What was this noise? You fell to the ground and looked at the thing. It started making noise again.

{Ink's POV}

You were in the doodle-dome practicing creations. You didn't feel like creating a world, but just making something small. The first thing that came to your mind was a human, so that's what you drew. You attempted to draw a human girl you saw from another au. You messed up in a few areas though: the bust was too small, the legs were a bit longer than you wanted, the hair was a bit too long, and you couldn't figure out what color you wanted to make the eyes since you couldn't figure out what color the other girl's eye color was, which you ended up making grey. This is why you sketch before you paint, Ink. You just scrapped the project all together and moved one, promising that you'll come back and fix it later.

You were in the doodle-dome again, just messing around when you say something. It approached you without caution and stared at you in disbelief. "Um... hello? Who are you?"  you asked, to get a gasp and a stumble backwards. It was a girl, it was THE girl. She was alive? But I never gave her a soul. She was just a drawing. "Ah? *gasp!*" She stumbled on her butt and stared at me. ''Uh hey. Remember me? My name's Ink."

Silence. Did she know how to speak? Welp, time for plan B: You handed her a red colored pencil and took out a normal graphite pencil for yourself. You drew the girl the best you could on the ground. She realized what to do immediately and started drawing me. I pointed to her drawing and looked her dead in the eyes, "Ink: I n k." She mouthed my mouth movements a few times, but soon responded pointing to the ink picture. "A h n k ? A n k? E n k? E n c k? E n k!" I nodded and pointed to myself, "Ink. I am Ink." I then brought her hand to my chest. " E n k. Ahhnn- E  n k." "Yes, I am Ink. And you... are..."
