"I've waited a long time for that..."

No one's POV
Deku smiled with a small giggle.
He was happy to finally be with his old friend, but he was also still mad at what his old friend had did.... He pushed him off a cliff
Or, rather...what he thinks he did...

Flashback.

"DEKU! TRY TO HOLD ON!"
"i-i'm trying, k-kachan..."

Deku had jumped on a cliff too hard and the land he was standing on broke beneath him. His friend was holding onto him, tryin to keep him safe.
  "Please don't let go of me, deku.."

"If I don't....you'll fall with me. I'm sorry."

"Deku, no!"

He let go and fell into the water"

"DEKU"

Bakugou jumped in to catch him. He swam through the water and when he found him, he was in a coma. He was rushed into the hospital. It took 2 years for him to get out of it.

When he did, his memory was messed up. All he really remembered was his best friend dropping him in the ocean.

Then he met them. The bounty hunters. They screwed with his mind when he was there. Made him think that his best friend pushed him off of a cliff, because he was a wuss, more or less.

To this day, he still believes that.

Present.

"... kacchan..."

"What, izu..?"

"I-i can't..."

"Why?"

"I-i can't just forgive you for you for what you did to me.."

"What did I do, izuku...?"

"What- WHAT DID YOU DO?! YOU PUSHED ME OFF A DAMN CLIFF"

"W-what...? What do you mean..? I'm the one who saved you.."

"N-no...your lying to me."

"Izu, no I'm not."

"No, I remember. You did this."

"No, I didn't, izu!"

"Don't call me that..."

"They must've told you something, but it's not true. What happened was you were playing on the cliff and the land beneath you broke. I held onto you, but you didn't want me to fall as well, so you let go and I jumped in after you. Then I rushed you to the hospital. And they said you were in a coma and wouldn't remember much."

"Your lying...."

"No, izu, I'm not..."

"T-they made me think for years that you pushed me off that cliff! That- that you were the bad guy..."

"Tell me what you thought happened."

"W-well, I thought that you pushed me to the edge and I held onto a branch, and you said that if I wasn't a wuss, and was a man, that when I fell, I'd be okay.
Then you said you were joking. And left for no reason. Left me to die."

"Izuku...never. I'd never leave you."

"You won't?"

"Never.
