"Hey, listen, I know I'm a jackass, just, you changed me, and I can't deal with it anymore! I need you, Alice, I need you," Jack was saying. Pffft, I didn't need Jack. Just another player.
But maybe, one day, I'll meet someone who isn't a player. Ha. Likely story. Note the sarcasm.
"You cheated on me!" I shouted back at him.
"Well, that was......in the past!" Jack replied. He was getting frustrated.
"Well, okay, then! I'm still not getting back with a player like you!" I spat out.
He gave me the death glare. "It was your choice to play the game," he said.
