She is a remake of my first ever onward oc,Vikki.Ive been in the fandom for a little over a year at this point and I wanted to contribute to that today with a remake of her.Ive had the official version of her for a short amount of time but I've had WIP (work in progress) for her for a long time,maybe 9 months?So here,happy 20th birthday to my oc Victoria Ozwald,here's what I wanted to write you as

She always has a witty remark up her sleeve.She's not mean,just talkative enough to be likeable.She is very lively and has alot of cartoonish behaviours.She can be easily anxious when in a situation she isn't comfortable in,but she is usually alright.She feels the need to go out of her way to make someone in distress laugh or smile.
