this is a story of the Old Hyperion. where kallen Lives in the Hyperion, married to Siegried and The Raiden family were acquainted to the Captain. The oneshot starts as the captain face troubles he never knew would happen while his nieces were alive.
Ahh....how i loved my life starting from day one i became captain...i had a nice group of family...happy smiles filled my room as my valykries...no...my family, waited for me to finish work so that i can spend time with them. I cant believe lia chan and Rai chan would have my neices...oh...i remember the days when they would come to my room...
5 years ago (Kiana and Mei are 8 years old)
"C-captain???" The little kiana called out while i was asleep.
"Kiana, lets not disturb him..." Little mei said.
I still slept peacefully til they came near my bed.
"Uhm...captain??? Are you alive?" Kiana said. I kept quiet as i was unaware that they were there.
"Captain??" Kiana said. Mei and Kiana got on my bed as they started to get teary.
"Captain..." Kiana began to sob. As i heard sobbing, i woke up to see kiana and mei teary eyed on top of me.

In the end, i apologized for not responding by keeping them with me while i was working but...they were very hard to contain. Mei kept scolding kiana whilst she didn't care at all.
Back to the present
Captain POV
"Ahh...its been a long time ever since i fought honkai...i guess the paperwork made me very rusty..." I said as i chuckled. I was lying down at the clearing of the forest i fought on. Huge honkai began crawling their way to me.
"Im not giving up though..." I said. I persevere myself to stand up but my right hand was giving in from the fatigue. I let my left hand do all the work. Once i got to stand up, i grabbed the last sword i had available. The one I didn't want to use for bloodshed.

"Forgive me for not using this...Cecilia..." I said. I reminisce about the time that i recieved this sword.
9 years ago (Ceciliaandsiegfried just got married that year)
Captain POV
"Captain!!" I was walking down the park but was called out. I look back to see cecilia with raiden.
"What is it Lia? Rai?" I asked them.
"Well, we just found out about this news so, here!" Cecilia said as she and raiden bowed. Cecilia brought forth a sword.
"Cecilia, you do know i only use a baton for battle right? Why give me a sword?" I asked her.
"A baton wouldn't inflict fear to your opponent. So, a sword can be a good addition to your arsenal!" Cecilia claims.
"Geez, you didn't need to. Im fine with my baton." I said.
"Well, this is your birthday gift!" Cecilia said.
"Wait...today is my birthday??" I said as i looked over to my digital watch.
"Oh crap i forgot!" I said. Raiden laughed along with Kiana.
"Im guessing captain forgot his own birthday because of work??" Raiden said.
"Might've...but, i do appreciate your concern and gift. Thank you." I said as i accepted the gift.
"Maybe this should be only an ornament that ill carry. Not that i need it anyway" i said.
"Geez!!!" Cecilia began to whine about not using their gift.
Back to the present
Captain POV
"Ahh...i wonder if my nieces are okay. No, it doesn't matter. Theresa would be taking care of them with the new captain." I said as i unsheathe the sword.
"I am retired so, im pretty sure i don't really need to meddle in on theresa and the others. I need to learn to fight for myself." I said as i breathe.
"I, Former Captain (L/n), give my farewell... Hyperion..." I said as i did a war scream and charged towards the hordes of honkai. Chariot levels, emperor levels, and the one who led them...a judgement level...
As i charged to one of them, one of them, a radical level, shot a beam at my hand which slowly turned some of my right hand into a petrified state.
"Tsk...looks like i have to fight on one hand..." I said. Being an average on honkai resistance made me vulnerable to effects done by honkai so, this was not a surprise.
"COME AT ME!!!" I shout as i began to use my ultimate.
"JUDGEMENT CALL!!" I chant as a spirit came to materialize in front of me.
"Heh, about time you called me (L/n)." My Partner, the one who deals with the bloodshed for me, Judian, said.
"Judian...this is the last time we fight together. This would be my last wish." I said.
"Very well." Judian said.
"Please, help me destroy every single honkai nearby. I am slowly petrifying from an effect so, please. Petrify every honkai that i slash at. Make their cores unable to be used ever again. I wont let them live...i dont want my nieces to have trouble with this judgement level." I said.
"Is this a true crisis??" Judian asked.
"Affirmative." I said. I only had three chances to ask for judians help and it would only work if it was a crisis.
"Alrighty, lets get to work!!" I said as me and judian began slashing every single honkai we saw.
10 days later
Kiana POV
" Mei chan, i wonder what happened to Uncle (L/n)? He said he'd be back in five days back then but hes still gone!" I whined.
"Don't worry kiana, he'll be fine.
"Farewell... Hyperion..." I suddenly heard uncle's voice.
"Did you hear that mei chan???" I asked her.
"Yeah...he sounds...faint??" Mei chan said. We reached the dorm where theresa, bronya, fu hua, and himeko watching the news.
"Uhmm whats with the gloomy atmosphere??" I asked.
"You better see for yourself." Theresa said. I walked with mei chan towards them and had a seat.
"As you can see, the once honkai nest in this forest clearing became a barren wasteland. Honkai were piled in different places of the clearing and were petrified by some mysterious anomaly. Here, we can see all kinds of different honkai. From radical, to judgement." The reporter said.
"What does this have to do with me?" I asked.
"Just watch idiotka." Bronya said.
"But, from what it looks like, there is a petrified person in the distance. Wait a minute... There is something written on the ground in front of the person who is petrified. It says here, 'farewell hyperion'. And from the looks of it, this person could be identified to former captain (L/n). We can identify that, this is his death. A proud death to sacrifice himself for the whole world." The reporter said.
"No...theres no way thats uncle..." I said as i began tearing up.
"Kiana..." Mei chan said as she and the others hugged me.
