My Twin, My Lover

PROLOGUE

      "But kuya, I love you!" umiiyak na sansala nya sa sinasabi ng binatang nasa harap nya.

" I know.. and I love you too Krishna, but you're my twin sister, hindi parin tama na halikan mo ko sa labi!" kontra nito sa kanya na lalong nagpabigat sa kanyang nararamdaman.

" no... You don't understand.. Kuya I'm in love with you!" pag amin nya na ikinabigla nito. Dahan-dahan itong napailing. Lumapit ito sa kanya at pinunasan ang mga luha nya.

  Napahikbi syang muli. " you said you love me too kuya.." patuloy sa paghikbing sambit nya.

  Hinawakan sya nito sa kanyang balikat. " yes but, as my twin Krishna, hindi pwede ang iniisip mo." paliwanag nito na lalong ikinaiyak nya.

"No! kuya you're wrong! Love conquers it all kuya.." pilit nya. Napabuntong hininga ito and held her cheeks.

" Krishna, listen. I understand.. bata pa ang isip mo at alam kong hindi mo pa naiintindihan ang lahat. I'll tell mom and dad about this. I'm sure they'll understand and they can help you move on and realise things. I know that they might set us apart but, it's for your own good. One day you'll thank me for this."

  Naalarma sya sa mga sinabi nito. " No! you're going to leave me?! w-why? I thought you love me?!" lalong bumigat ang pakiramdam nya at lalong napaiyak.

" I'm sorry Krishna, I know that you're hurting right now but what you're thinking is not right. Maybe this is 'cause you're too fascinated by the love stories of the Greek's but you have to understand that we are not like them okay? Krishna. I'm saying this because I love you." pilit ma pagpapaintindi nito sa kanya.

"Tomorrow, I'll tell mom and dad about this. So they could help you. I need to go now. Later Krish."

  At iniwan sya nitong luhaan sa kanyang kwarto. True to his words, sinabi nga nito kinabukasan ang tungkol sa pagamin nya at sa nangyari. Their parents we're absolutely shocked. And his twin was right. They really separated them. Ipinadala sya ng mga magulang nya sa Italy and let her live with her Aunt.
