Chapter 6: Out from the Shadows

Jay's POV:

The gang and I where hanging out and having fun,but it seems one of us is not. I look over to Rose and she just isnt speaking up,I know how Rose hides something when practically she just became silent all of a sudden. I still wonder why would she not tell me,after all Im her best friend.

We sat in a bench afterwards to go grab some food the guys left and me and Rose are on the table I look at her eyes and asked " Ros,you know you can tell me anything,whta happened?" Rose said "You will never understand" after that she walk away,I guess she is going back to the dorms.

Rose's POV:

I just left the table after Jay asked me a question that I could not bear to tell him what is the thing that have been bothering me. I took a walk and somehow my feet lead me to the garden,I roam around and when finally I got tired I just sit down and wait for my head to cool down.

Neve thought that feeling to much burden in my heart could feel as if a bubble is expanding and ready to blow my whole body apart. I took a deep breath and close my eyes jst for it to relax.

Rhode's POV:

Jay just talked to me about something,recently Rose have been kind of distant to Clifford and Hayley. Hayley practically notice it too,but did not bother to speak up about it. I kind of notice that everytime that Rose sees Hayley and Clifford together she puts up this experession of pain.

Everyone suddenly looks at me and asked "Rhode why the serouise face?" I just said "Im kinda thinking of something" They just continue and when I look at Juliet she said "Thinking about Rose?" I nodded in Agreement,she said "I need to tell you something later,meet me int he garden". When we got there we saw Rose sitting in the bench. She look paler than usual she look up in the sky and put on her head phone and blast it of,she then said "Why do I have to get hurt by the most important person in my life? God it could be anyone else but why does it got to be Hayley who is going to hurt this poor heart of mine" I then look at Juliet and she look away as she put a sad expresssion I go over to her and said "Is this the reason why she had been like that?" Juliet nodded and said "Im sorry I did not told you,for she doesnt want any one to know.".

Looking back at Rose made me realized that she always put up those expressions of power,strenght and happiness to cover up the pain and sorrow she been through and this is the first time I see her be in the most wrek state in my life. I go over to her and pulled down her head phones she look at me and I said "You dont need to cry all by yourself" I sat down and let her cry into my arms.

Juliet's POV:

Seeeing The strongest of Jay's team cry is hard,Rhode knew that no matter what she is still the strongest out side but the weakest inside. She really is worth to admire by everyone but not worth to hurt.
