After 10 min-
Okay, okay......
After 25 minutes I rang the bell which was located next to Jeremy's house doors right side.
His mother, Mrs. Bercerro, opened the door with a wide smile as she noticed me.
"Come on in darling!" she exclaimed happily.
"I'm here to meen Jeremy." I said with an awkward smile.
"He's in his room with Marco." she gestured to the staircase.
"Thanks ma'am."
"No worries!"
She smiled and waved gently as I walked up the stairs.
I walked in Jeremy's room and saw two tipsy boys laughing their hearts out.
"Hello!"
I said as I walked in cause I don't think they noticed me at first.
"I tought you ain't gonna show up!"
Marco hopped to his feet to greet me. His smile spreading across his face completely.
"Yeah, you're really late, ey?"
I turned to Jeremy and was met with a rather serious expression.
"Well... I'm slow as we all know."
I raised my shoulders.
"We do be knowing that for sure, Mr. Hester."
Marco slapped my shoulder playfully as we sat down next to Jeremy.

A few hours later we were all kinda tipsy not gonna lie.
Throughout the whole time we changed a lot of topics and somehow ended talking about my thoughts from today earlier.
Why?
Well idk.
Who brought it up?
Me. For some, to me, unknown reason.
"Just talk to him if you're so concerned."
Marco said while hitting his elbow on my arm and wiggling his eyebrows.
"Ew, no. I would never talk to him. The only thing I'd get from that would be annoyance, anger, disappointment and even more dislike."
I said without a second thought.
"What if you could benefit from it?"
Jeremy asked in a tone as if he offered me drugs or something illegal.
"Ouuuuu, this is getting intriguing,"
Marco exclaimed hitting my arm again.
"How?"
I raised an eyebrow.
"I'll pay you 500€ if you find out his secrets."
Jeremy said with a serious look.
"Why don't you do it yourself? Why me?"
"Because I just wanna know what's wrong with that weirdo and seems like you want to find out as well. You just said that you'd gain basically nothing from it so I'm offering you money as a gain from my curiosity."
"Omg, sounds interesting,"
Marco put his hand over his mouth and widened his eyes making a really dramatic facial expression.
"Okay, why not. He probably just wants attention anyway but nobody cares."
I said calmly.
"Actually...."
Jeremy slowly opened his mouth.
"I'll give you 1500€ but you have to finish until spring break ends. That is on the first day of school after the break is your deadline. Deal?"
He held his arm to me.
"Deal."
I shook his hand.
I mean, how hard could it be?
