Raylen and Lucifer book 1: "life set on hard"

Raylen then left the store and went home to put the listed items in the house then laid around for hours, waiting on Lucifer to come home.

The CEO that Lucifer worked for made manga, even though they were in Canada. His boss was a tall Japanese women named Kuji.

"Is it okay if I check out now, Ms. Kuji?"

"Sure, but you won't get your paycheck if you leave now."

"Come on, I have like six more minutes."

"So you will stay for those six minutes whether you like it or not." 

"Fine. I understand." He bowed and waited by the door, timing when he could leave.

"What are you doing? Go work until it's time to go."

"But-" 

"But nothing. Work now!"

"Fine." He made to his desk and continued to accept and decline papers. He was an editor, the worst thing you could get there. He had to read every single thing and then edit it 4-5 over,

but he got payed nine-hundred a month, so he was okay with it.

Once Lucifer got home, he saw Raylen on the floor, moping.

"What's wrong this time? Don't tell me you went out and tried to find your so called true love."

"I did and I found a really cute guy."

"...How cute?"

"Sexy cute.

"Can I meet him?"

"No. You're not taking him away from me!" She rolled over and hit his knee. Instead of saying ouch, he make a banshee noise when ever hurt.

"What was that for, meanie?" He sat down of his side of the bed, taking off his shoes. "Anyways, let's drink for a while."

"Naw, I'm gonna read then maybe go out to see my band."

Lucifer eyes widen. "Can I come?"

"No. Steven said he doesn't like you over there."

"Why?"

"Cause you hit on him a lot."

"So? I can't help it if he's hot."

Hearing that, Raylen puked in the inside. "Yea, sure, he's the cutest thing alive."

"Shut up." 

After a few hours, Raylen messes with her hair again before she leaves.

"So what's for dinner, music demon?"

"You will see. HAHAHAHAHAHHA!!" 

".....I think I will just get pizza."

"What?! You would rather eat pizza then eat my heavenly food?!"

"You're a demon. How can your food be heavenly?

"I don't know, it just is!"
