Here We Go

Can I say that I miss New Orleans shopping? There is absolutely not one good store to shop in. Caroline and I were disgusted by the stores, but they were sometimes bearable. Mom said to shop for back to school clothes and I thanked Caroline for making me shop a week ago for school. We went to the grill since we remembered some of this place in our memories, I was wearing a tang top with shorts and stockings along with white sneakers. Care was wearing a tang top with a skirt and stockings with boots. We walked to the pool table and played until some black haired guy came up to us and started talking

"So are you guys new? I'm Tyler Lockwood, you?" I smirked

"I'm Adelice Forbes and this is my sister Caroline Forbes. Wow Lockwood, puberty hit you like a bus. I still remember when you tried to get away with pushing Care on the playground and I beat you up" I said smiling at his expression, his gaze then turned into a glare which I matched

"Adelice, haven't seen you in a long time" Matt said walking up to us

"Matty blue blue. We saw each other on summer break, and anyway we're staying...for good unfortunately. I miss Mardi Gras, anyway Care joined cheerleading, while I want to just stay at home and practice my Latin" I saw Elena and Bonnie walked through the door, I pointed behind him and he excused himself. I laughed at him being all mushy, I saw Jeremy walk in and ran to him. I jumped on his back which surprisingly caught me, "Damn Jer, are you getting stronger?"

"Hey Ad, heard you staying"

"Yep, soo tragic" I then high fived him we talked until Care signaled we had to leave, I said bye to Jeremy and headed to the witch house my necklace tucked away in my tan top. The moment we stepped foot the air in the house quickly picked up and Emily appeared, she hit me on the head.

"That child is for not saying goodbye last time"

"Sorry but I knew I was coming back to stay so I thought what's the point?" I rubbed my head

"Hi Em, I missed you" Care said

"I missed you too, both of you"

"Hey Em, I was wondering. Would you happen to know if I can talk to Quetsiyah?"

"Why would you want to talk to her?"

"I just wanted to ask if she could teach me some spells" I shrugged. My mom just texted when I'm coming home, so we gotta go.

"Sorry, go to go. Bye Em" Care and I ran to get back home and in no time mom also arrived with us

We ate takeout, showered and headed to bed since it was a new school and stuff.

Next Morning

I awoke to my alarm clock and quickly put my hair in a ponytail and wore a dress with boots and a denim jacket. Care walked out with a cute tang top with shorts and sneakers, her hair in her natural curls. We headed downstairs and started breakfast, just bacon, eggs, and pancakes with a side of orange juice. I got in my black jeep while Care rode with me since it was a hassle to ride hers and go to the same school as me. I drove and parked, I saw a lot of heads turn since me and Care usually return to New Orleans by this time. We just walked till I saw my friends and Care went to Grace and Hope. I was the greeted with hugs from Adrien, Stephanie, and Ana. I had history with...Tanner, great. School was a fly and I had to return to pick up Care from practice.

Several Months Later

Amanda and Grayson Gilbert were now dead. The funeral was tomorrow and I knew the storm was coming. Tomorrow is the day I free Enzo, I can't let him be in there any longer. I had to console Elena along with Care and I guess we became a little closer than before.
