In another realm, the over world two years after Vylads' death and five months after the king died, a woman was caught, and she was brought to the castle for her punishment.
She kneeled before the queen and prince a smirk carefully placed on her lips. The queen froze, anger shaking through her veins, she glared and grabbed Garroths sword from the sheath and raised it to the woman's neck, "Where the hell is my son," she snarled at her, the woman just laughed before the sword was removed from her neck.
Garroth looked at his mother confused, he placed his hand on her shoulder making her pull the sword back, her eyes hard as she looked at him. "She's the one who took Zane from us," she glared before returning the sword to her neck, "I won't kill you. Garroth!" she commanded, "Take her to the dungeons, I want Zane's last known location as soon as possible."
Garroth looked down on the woman before him, his eyes narrowed and he grabbed her by her blue hair and pulled her along with him, away from his mother and to the dungeons.
OoO
The woman coughed before grinning, blood running over her teeth. A triumphant glint in her eyes. Her arms chained up to the wall, blood running down them. Her clothes tattered and bloodied much like her skin.
Garroth turned away walking out of the cell before signalling towards the guard, who nodded and locked the door.
She started cackling, her tone smug, "you'll never find him because he's dead, Six feet under." She taunted at the retreating figure, Garroth simply glared at her. "You know what his last words were before I slit his throat, 'Big brother?'" Her eyes tinted with mania. He turned away and closed the door, slamming it, Loudly.
Alice closed her eyes listening softly, the guard was stationed outside the door, leaving her in the cell alone, no one else in the room. How stupid of them. She chuckled softly at the anger in the boy's eyes, her lips turned upwards in a smile.
She wasn't lying, what she said was the truth. Zane Ro'meave's last words were 'big brother' he just didn't remember them.
She sighed, shaking her head, blood running down her arms which were raised above her head. Much like the way they did when she cut her son's throat. She had to, it was the only way for her powers to work and rid of his memories, that being said, she couldn't die soon or Zane would gain his memories back.
Looking to the side she saw the rustling of the bars outside only for them to be pulled out of the wall silently, Ezra and Zane were both there, Ezra holding the bars in his hand and Zane carrying a bag, though their hoods were on so no one could see their faces, she bolted up, smiling at them.
Zane rushed over unlocking the cell with keys he had stolen earlier, he unlocked the chains before reaching into his pack giving her one of the capes he had on him.
Each of them walking silently, they made it to the only way out a small hole in the wall, it had taken a while for them both to make it through but they did it, Alice went first, the door started to jingle, Zane pushed Ezra through into the hole before anyone could say anything.
The door burst open, slamming into the cell with tremendous force. He flinched before turning to the hole, he was about to move in before a hand pulled him back making him cry out. He was slammed into the cell harshly before a hand tugged his cape off, showing his face to the person who attacked them.
He grit his teeth before he was pulled alongside the blond to the throne room. He glared at anyone who passed attempting to pull away from the older man.
It wasn't until they got to the throne room when he got released, the blond yanked him in front of him making him fall over. He closed his eyes awaiting the pain but when it never came he opened them slightly.
In front of him was a woman and two men, one was the blond with blue eyes that reminded him of Lukas, he was the one that attacked them and the other a brunette with green eyes. The raven haired woman stared at him in shock, she stopped the two boys who were whispering to themselves in anger.
The woman reached out tentatively, "Zane?" She asked, tears welling up in her eyes, when he flinched she knew it was true. Her son, her own flesh and blood sat before her, no recognition in his eyes and hatred burning, what did she do to her son?
She felt anger flare up in her veins and she trembled the anger subsiding once she looked at her son once again. He looked physically fine, but she couldn't tell mentally, his clothes fit him fine as if they were made for him, and judging on his posture they were. She calmed down further, it was obvious that they hadn't harmed him or done anything bad to him.
He glared at her, his eye void of emotion but anger. How does she know his name? And how come she can recognize him when he's never seen her before.
She swallowed before notioning to the two other boys around his age, the blond who looked angry before looked hurt and confused while the brunette looked passive, his nose twitched, as he slowly got up into a sitting position. He awaited what they were going to do for freeing his mother, "take him to ...his room." She said slowly, furrowing her brows, and sighing in contempt. Room? What room?
"Vylad, watch over him." She ordered once again, "I'll come see him in a little while."
The blond looked like he wanted to say something but stopped and just stared at him. The younger one, Vylad, grabbed onto his shoulder before motioning one way. He decided not to fight, he knew he would lose, it was obvious.
