Btw this is when they aren't together yet. I mean cross killer and nightmare are together that time but not much in bonding too.

Narrator pov:

It was a terrible day, a very bad day.
Ever since the truce was made into an agreement, people have been spreading rumors about the star sanses will be the "bad guys" and take over or destroy their au making them protest infront of their base which is dumb, really dumb.

Blue is most likely the most annoyed person of the three of them because of those stupid ass people, he would have the urge to break their head so they can work their brains out but it will not be a good idea since it would make things worst. While Ink is very dumbfounded, not even surprising. While dream is very tired of dealing with their shit right now.
They all went home without the protestors knowing to look dumb as fuck and to show how much time they waste.

Dream went to have dinner with Blue since he wanted to make him taste his tacos as always and dream was too-
Wait no.
Way too  kind to decline him
It was late when he went home and was exhausted well at least Blue improve his cooking skills.
When Dream went in to the castle going to his bedroom he couldn't find his key.

If you want to know why Dream locked his bedroom when leaving it's because it's his thing to do and he doesn't know why too.

Dream sigh and went to Nightmares bedroom door, he was embarrassed since he would have to tell him that he left his key on the base. He knocked on the door and stand there, awkwardly.
The door creak revealing Nightmiare wearing a dark blue bathrobes with a tired expression. "Dream, why the fuck are you here? It's literally almost 11:00 o'clock in the night."  Nightmare said with a groan on his tone obviously tired.
"I.....left my keys at the base and-" dream was about to finish but then started to change his mind, it's kinda embarrassing to be honest, "And what? Can you just hurry up and I need some sleep right now"
nightmare growl with annoyance
"Nevermind I'm just gonna sleep on the-" suddenly he was pulled inside in nightmares bedroom and was given a dark blue pair of pajamas "Dream it's winter you can't sleep on the living room you idiot"
"But-" dream was about to say something but was cutted off
"No buts, do you want it get sick or some shit?" Nightmare growled louder
And Dream sigh
"Ok,ok fine I'll just change in the bathroom"
"Your sleeping beside me after."
"Ok, sir!'
Dream said teasingly and going in the bathroom changing
While nightmare shrugged and just change into only pajama and no shirt cause it's too hot for him due to how thick the goo in his skin is.

{The reason why he wears jacket is because it's not hot in the outside unlike being in the inside. He's more likely a outsider but prefer being inside cause it's more comfy.}

Dream came out from the bathroom with Nightmares PJ that he gave to him, it was abit large size but comfy he went to the bed and lay beside nightmare but faced the opposite as nightmare, they are not that close much even tho the truce is almost been like 2 months they were the only one who didn't get along much due to how many mistake and horrible things had happened in the past.

Dream sigh and closed his eyes going to sleep.

{3 hours has passed}

Dream woke up all of the sudden groaning due to how he realized that his whole body hurts because of what happened yesterday, he looked at the clock that was beside him and it was 1:04 am, dream sigh and realized he was facing Nightmare and he was facing him.
Dream felt blushing but snapped and rubbed his face.
But then he looked at Nightmare's chest, Dream kept staring at it.

I wonder if it's sticky if I touch them..
Wait! No Dream! Why are you thinking of that!?

But his curiosity won't stop as he kept staring at his chest look very gooey than he thought, he sigh and slowly put his hands on his chest, he flinched abit when he touched it and start moving his hand around them he was surprised that it was smooth and very silky texture.
"Yeah, my skin isn't really like slime at all if you wanna know."

Dream recognize the voice and looked up seeing nightmare fully awake and took his hand away panicking and blushing from embarrassment.
"I-i IM SORRY I WAS JUST CURIOUS WHAT YOUR SKIN FEELS LIKE!" Dream said with
Panic in his face and sitting up and nightmare sit up too and sigh "It's fine you idiot, your not the only one who does that."
He was surprised but he wouldn't blame them tho his skin looks very gooey but he shake that away and focused on him.
His eyes, he is so calm.. he never seen him that calm before ever since he turn corrupted.
"Wanna touch my hands to know?"
Nightmare unexpectedly asked and Dream was surprised but nodded and touch his hands it was bigger that his more likely his hands are baby hands but he doesn't care, he touch it with both of his hands holding them "It's very silky than I thought"
"Glad you know that"
Nightmare said with still a calm expression and looked at dream and dream looked at him too.
The feeling was weird but they didn't notice that. They were distracted by both of their gaze to each other they face went closer all of the sudden closer and closer until it's almost lips.
But stopped and and let go and give distance to each other blushing abit .
"Maybe we should sleep now. It's late right now."
Dream said trying to act like nothing happened.
"Yeah. Your right, we should sleep..."
Nightmare said with a awkwardness and with silent going back to bed and facing the opposite to each other.
They both think of what they were doing?
Why did they do that?
But then shrugged it off and went to sleep.
