A young woman called out
only to receive no answer
"Lilly come out it's getting late!
Your mom and dad are worried sick!"
Still no answer..
'ugh she always plays like this'
The girl thought to herself
She kept walking until she
came across a tall tree, and sat
at the trunk was Lilly
"Finally! Didn't you hear me calling
you?!"
She walked over, but her friend remained still
"Lilly? You okay?"
She walked over and there she was...
Her best friend sat there, dead...
Her pale skin now a sickly
white green color...
Her once bright green eyes, now
dull and devoid of life...
Her wrists slit...
She had committed suicide...
"L-l-lilly?"
And beside her lifeless body was a note
the girl picked it up, and read it,
tears pooling down her face
'I'm sorry..'
Was all it read, but it could shatter
anybody's heart...
And that was how She was
