We turned to where we heard the voice. The voice came from the doctor who just walked into the room. His name tag said Dr. Carson. "It seems the coma has effect her memory," he stated.
"How much off it and how will she get it back," asked my so called loser husband. "We don't know yet," said Dr. Carson. "She may never get it back but we can try with therapy."
"But for now she must get some rest because she is not fully recovered. She can go home with you guys if she like," said the Doctor. "So would you like to come home with us even though you don't remember us," asked the kids giving me puppy eyes. I couldn't say no to those kids without feeling guilty. They seemed a little creepy but not murder creepy. "Sure," I responded. What's the worse thing I could happen?
