Backstory: when bow was born the doctor say that her daughter has cancer just like her mother have cancer they don't know when she is going to die but bow parents are so worried about her health and stuff the doctor say she is health but they don't know when the cancer started and later how parents they good care of bow when she was 5 she met Nadia in kindergarten and even Drago and she being bullies by Mandy and neon they make fun of her and so she told her parents about the bullies and later that day bows mother she doesn't fell well she was sent to the hospital and the doctor say the cancer if they want to remove and treats she has to do the surgery to remove it but if coast a lot of money and so later that they bow went to school and saw her best friend and her crush and so after the next day she met her old bullies and so she start to get bullies every day  and when bow was home she was start to take care of her father since he is working really hard for the money and so she start to clean the house and bedroom and start cooking meals for them they always visit mother every day and so the couple days let's just say bows hair starts to fall and she doesn't matter she goes to school every day and then when she got home she saw her father happy and told how we can have your mother surgery and when she noticed his daughter she was losing her hair and Bow father was worried about her and told Maybe we put you in surgery and but bow she said no give that money to my  mother and he said you sure she nods and later that day his father give mother a surgery and so a couple weeks later bows mother she is feeling better and her daughter is losing her hair and she needs to confess Drago her feelings before is to late and Drago and bow meet up and she confesses her feelings and so does Drago and they start to hang out every single day and one day bow doesn't feel well Drago took Bow to the hospital and doctor say the same thing Drago he was sad about Bow and so he gave his money to the doctor for her surgery and so later on bow is feeling a little better her hair reach to her shoulders and so yea .
