" Alright bae It's hard keeping these things from her" I said into the phone. "I'm pulling up on Paige right now" I said turning into the parking lot of Angel's Diner. "Yes I understand and I love you too we can't hug up at the party babe she still doesn't know and having y'all parents there when she does find out will keep her from beating myself ass" I said honestly. " yeah I will be there soon love you bye" I said before hanging the phone up. I stopped my car in front of Paige. "Hay boo you looking cute with your Tom boy self" I said looking at my pretty ass bestie. " Hay E.V. You look good to sis who you trying to impress" she said looking at me with a smirk. My heart started beating fast if only she knew How scary accurate her statement was.

I planned on getting Paige to talk to one of my bae's friends so I can slip off some where with him or at least leave with him. Plus Paige needed to get out she is so hard working I feel like she needs a special someone. What I'm doing to her is eating me up inside but I didn't want to lose her so I'm not gonna tell her right now she will know soon. I wore this because I didn't plan on keeping it on for long and I wasn't wearing my usually shit which consisted of designer brands ,because his freaky ass wasn't gonna do anything but rip it of me.
" yo bro you ain't here me talking to you" Paige said breaking me out of my trance. " Nah my bad what you say "I asked glancing at her then looking back at the road. " sis who gave you that big ass hickey on your damn neck" paige said looking. " Um...remember that dude that I told you I was talking to on the low because he don't want me involved in his lifestyle because it's dangerous" I said keeping my eyes on the road. " oh yeah you still talking to him it's be what like 2-3 months now" she said strolling on her phone. " yeah I really like him I just hope when he does show me off when it's safe enough his friends and family like me" I said nervously." Why wouldn't they like you girl your pretty, smart,and got a bright future a head of you" she said. Hearing her say that had me feeling even more guilty but ready to tell her and get it over with.
I pulled up in front on Zayden's house parking my car in the first available spot I found. "Okay let's go turn up" I said exiting the car. Hitting the lock bottom we made our way across the busy yard littered with people and actual liter , red solo cups where every where and the music was thumping. Opening the front door the strobe lights and smoke caught my attention that's all I could see. Grabbing Paige's hand I push threw the people making my way to the drinks in the kitchen. Passing through the living room I spotted Zayden and everyone chilling on the couches. I locked eyes with bae and gave him a quick smile still heading to the kitchen.
