Backstory: Reedstar was a kittypet until one day she met a cat named Lakestar, the first leader of Lakeclan. Young Bella, as she was called by her Housefolk, joined Lakeclan and became Reedpaw. After three leaders, Reedfur became deputy, then leader. She injured her hind left leg defending Cindermist.

Backstory: Rootwhisker was a kittypet like his sister until the two met Lakestar. Harold, as he was called at the time, was a bit reluctant to join Lakeclan, but gave in eventually. He became a loved and valued member of the clan very soon, as be was kind to all his clanmates.
