Siddharth didn't want to jump to any conclusion about her changed behaviour , he calmed himself by giving excuse..
ki may be drugs and medicines ki vjh se hoga....may be pain mein hogi....but his heart wants him to say to talk to her.... she is not going through any physical pain... she is going through mental torture....
May be that question.

He shrugg off all the thoughts and decided to cheer up shehnaaz mood and talk her up straight !!

Sid ( to himself ) - kuch toh krna padega , esse kabhi nhi dekha , na has rhi h... na muskura rhi h , kuch toh h jo isse pareshan kr rha h... Par sidha sidha khaa btayegi... Pura bhav khaegi....

Siddharth got up and took chocolate from fridge... And went to shehnaaz's room... Her room door was open... But she was not in the room.... Siddharth could hear someone crying and sobbing ... It was shehnaaz crying badly holding her mouth not to make any sound in balcony .... He throws chocolates on bed.. Siddharth went to her and pat to her shoulder softly..

Sid - shehnaaz....sana ( dekho meri taraf )

Sana - hmm...( Wipe her tears and looked down facing him )

Sid - mein itna bura dikhta hu ki.... Meri taraf dekh bhi nhi skti...

Shehnaaz started crying again  and hugged Siddharth tightly like never before...

Sid - sana... Sana I sorry yaar I know kabhi kabar zyada bol deta hu gusse mein...lekin kya karu...tujhe bina gusse k smjh nhi atta
Dekh aage se nhi krunga... Dekh we are friends right... aur friends k bich jab ladai hoti h they talk it right...

Sana did say anything...but stopped crying and noded her head on yes..

Siddharth took her to bed and they were eating chocolate and there was complete silence in room...and shehnaaz look up to see Siddharth who was waiting her mouth to utter something...her eyes to meet his...

She broke and said :

Sana - sorry Siddharth... ( with guilt and love in eyes )

Sid - kya ? Sorry par kyu ? I know tu thodi gadhi h but yeh situation hi... ( She intrupted )

Sana - mujhe shehbaaz ko le jana chaiye tha !!

Sid - ( he was confused and stood up in lot of question ) kya bol rhi h shehbaaz kha se aya ?

Sana stood up and hugged him tightly and started crying.

Sana - I am sorry Siddharth mujhe teri baat mal leni chaiye thi...mein uss din exitment mein aake chli...tujhe btaya nhi shehbaaz mera sath nhi ja rha...aur mera accident... memory loss....( Started crying more )

Sidharth was happy , shocked , and with thousands of feeling holding sana really tightly close to his heart...

A tear drop from his eye to her face and she parted to see his... Which was full of satisfaction and happy..

Sana - tu ro rha h Siddharth ?

Sid - abee nhi gadhi , mein kush hu , ptaa h mera kya hal ho gya tha tujhe hospital mein vese dekh k.... Haan gusaa tha tujhe p aur apne p bhi...

Sana - Apne aap p kyu bebu...( Pouting in her kiddish tone )

That word bebu , after so much time...like the way which she said....he forgets all that he was to say...

Sana - I love you kullu

That was like a soft music in his ear to hear "kullu" , " bebu " from her mouth with so much love.

He didn't respond for sometime and hugged each other for some time and then Siddharth broke hug.

Siddharth - kuch nhi chl mom ko btate h

They informed everyone about her memory gain mom , shehnaaz family was super happy , they roam to Germany for few days , shehnaaz reports were normal.

They returned to Mumbai with falling in love... ohh no...not love....
EMOTIONAL ATTACHMENT AGAIN
And with more understanding and emotions for each other , they were now more sure about there future together....but sidnaaz h hummne khushi ( shadi ki ) itni jaldi nhi denge.
