"Seriously just because a hat can't sort us doesn't mean we can't just chose the house we want" I whispered to Drake and he was just smiling. "Let's get sorted and then we can continue this conversation later" he said walking into the headmaster's office. Hermonie and Draco were in the Slytherin Common Room cause the prefect wouldn't let them come with us. We walked into Dumbledore's office and sat there. Hayden Potter got permission to watch so he was there glaring at us. ". "How can they be the prince and princess of Hogwarts it should be Hayden he has Gryffindor blood in him" James Potter bellowed at the Headmaster. "Children tell me which house do you want to be in personally" Lily Potter asked quietly. "Slytherin" Hermonie and Draco said walking in the door. "Hermonie, Draco what are you doing here Gemma wouldn't let you come" I said looking at them. "I told her our father would hex her if she didn't which by the way the teachers are looking at me was a lie and she let me come" he answered shrugging his shoulders. "Draco Lucius Malfoy what did I tell you about doing that you know I hate it and when I play quidditch I always send a bludger at you just because of it" I said causing the room to gasp and be wide eyes at my words. "A Malfoy telling off another Malfoy" Dumbledore said coming in with two packages. "These are for you two" Dumbledore said handing me and Drake boxes. I opened the box to find a diamond cross snake sitting there and it was my snake from the mansion Artemis. "Artemis" I said petting her head and the professors and Hayden stood back. "How is Apollo" I asked Drake who was petting Apollo's head. "He wants to stretch and he smells fear witch I know you know cause Artemis is acting the same way" he said letting Apollo slither on his arms. "Master I have missed you" Artemis said climbing my neck and sitting there. I nodded in response. "Can we get this over with this my"- I looked at him and he started again "our snakes need to eat and roam" Drake said while Apollo scowled at him. I giggled at the snake which got looks from the professors. "Artemis and Apollo understand English and we know when the snakes are angry and Apollo is very mad at my brother right now" I said getting relieved stares off me. "Now let's get sorted" I said sitting down. "Tell me what house do you really want" Dumbledore's voice said cracking a bit. "Slytherin I am mostly that but part of me and it is very little wants to be Ravenclaw" I said calming down a bit. "Master are you sure Ravenclaw is okay they may fear you cause of me" Artemis hissed shaking a bit. "Slytherin is a great fit since you own a snake and it is approved by the ministry and I deem you Slytherin" he said. I got up and let Artemis slither into her box and I hugged Draco and Hermonie. "Thank you headmaster and may you please do my brother" I said pushing Drake up there getting a hiss from Apollo and I glared at him making him whimper. I smirked and watched my brother get sorted. "Drake Malfoy what house do you want to be in" Dumbledore's said walking forward. "Just Slytherin" Drake said looking at Dumbledore. Dumbledore stopped moving and looked at Drake. "Get out of my mind" Drake screamed making Dumbledore fly backwards and the professors drew there wands out. "Stop Professor Dumbledore went into a students mind without permission he will go to Azakaban" I said stepping forward bringing a book towards me making the professors to gasp. "Yes when Potter said I could do wand-less magic he wasn't lying" I said flipping through the book. "Here in this book states that any professor including the headmaster does anything to tamper with another mind will be quickly reinstated with the deputy headmaster or headmistress" I said looking up from the book. "Now I made you clear don't go into anyone's mind again with no permission me and my family are witnesses and aren't afraid to go against you and we will be on our Slytherin way" I said grabbing Artemis and leaving. "That was amazing" I said holding Artemis close cause you know Potter was following us back to his dorms. "Hey Granger you know you are the worst Mudblood ever" Potter said coming up behind her. Hermonie started crying and ran ahead. "Artemis go find Hermonie" I whispered and she slithered of. "You son of an arse" Draco yelled running towards him. "Draco" I yelled grabbing him. "Stop for Hermonie remember we have to see Uncle" I said pulling him towards the common room. "Fine but if he ever calls her that again he will be dead" Draco said pulling Drake with him and we headed to see Professor Snape. "Salazar Slytherin" Draco said letting the wall open up. I walked towards Snape's office and knocked on the door. A muffled come in was said and I walked in. "Have you seen Artemis or Hermonie" I asked looking at him. "No why" he asked looking at me. "Potter called her a mudblood and she started crying so I sent Artemis after her so I don't know where they are why and I know Hermonie knows Parseltongue and can speak it as can me, Drake,and Draco it was a way to communicate when know one needs to know our conversation and said it was just a language that we learned at home" I said. "Potter he dare I will find her and Artemis and you will come with me since Artemis is a Diamond Cross" he said getting up. We both went out a secret way and started our search. "Hermonie" I yelled walking through hallways Snape took off another direction to look. "What are you doing out of bed" James Potter said looking at me. "Your son called my sister a mudblood and I sent my snake Artemis after her and now I can't find her" I said getting my wand ready. "Ms Granger was found with a snake and is with my wife" he said pulling his wand out. "Thank you Professor Potter but I must go" I said walking towards Lily Potter's office. I walked in seeing Artemis in Hermonie's arms as Lily Potter was trying to take Artemis. "Stop that is my snake leave her alone" I said causing Lily to flinch. "That is a Diamond Cross and you and your brother have one and that breaks the rules" she spoke. "I have permission from the minister to let me have her and Apollo with us at school" I said walking towards Artemis and letting her slither up my arm. "Hermonie don't let Hayden get to you" I whispered grabbing her hands. "What has my son done" Lily's face looked mad. "He called Hermonie a mudblood like I did you" Snape said walking in the room. "What is your purpose here" Lily demanded. "My god daughter Lily she was sent here cause I said I would protect her" he said hugging Hermonie who started crying in his arms again. "Sweetheart don't cry anymore okay I promise he will treat you better" he whispered soothing her. James Potter came in quietly and watched as who he called Snivellus sooth his god daughter. I let Artemis slither towards her and lay down while she hissed to Hermonie she smiled as did I.

That is the end the next chapter is about there first classes as Slytherins
