'it's cold..' hwang eunbi clutched the comforter and pulled it over her shivering body. she dozed off to the soothing balance of the warm and cold temperatures hugging her bare body at dawn, but the woman is suddenly awakened by the sound of a door being shut. eunbi sat up, rubbing her eyes to clear her blurry vision and came into sight is her childhood best friend fresh outta the shower. water spattered from his messy tousled hair as he quickly dries it off with a towel and drops of water trickled down his chest to his abs to his..

"should i pull off my towel?" moon bin teased her as he pretends to pull off the towel wrapped around his waist. a wide and goofy smile plastered across his face, following with a chuckle when he was given the satisfaction of seeing eunbi's disgusted reaction. eunbi scanned the room for her clothes and it's nowhere to be found, she asked moon bin "where are my clothes?"

"i put them in the laundry." the man said casually while walking towards his closet. eunbi leaned against the bed's tufted headboard then rested her chin on her palm, admiring the view of moon bin's fair ripped back. "how am i supposed to get home then?" she asked him again, not taking her eyes off his back.

"you're not staying?" moon bin shuffled through his closet, finding the shirt he's comfortable with. eunbi grunted "duh." she checked the bed if there is any thin blanket she could cover her body with but is let down when she realized that she has walk to the bathroom.

eunbi stepped out of the bed, the cold floor made of tiles caused her to gasp and she strode across quickly the room to get to the bathroom.

eunbi shut the door harsher than needed but it didn't matter, the warmth inside the bathroom from the previous hot shower moon bin took is what matters. she turned on the faucet and sighed deeply in relief when the warm water hit her body.

"you're not staying?"

do you want me to? those thoughts lingered in her mind as eunbi kept her eyes closed. these past few months or has it been a year now? both of them began having interesting sessions between them. eunbi vividly remembered how they started this..thing, whatever they have. they were both at dongmin's party last october and eunbi didn't really feel like blending in with the crowd. she's just in a corner with a couple of her friends and acquaintances, joining in with some of their conversations if she could relate to the topics. eunbi found herself worn out from all the socializing she did so she excused herself and climbed up the stairs to the second floor. dongmin only allowed his close friends to this floor so there were a fewer people here than downstairs, eunbi likes the atmosphere here and the muffled music playing from the first floor makes it even better.

she made a left turn to the end of the corridor and entered one of dongmin's guest room where moon bin, her best friend, usually stayed at. eunbi found the man casually playing with his phone, she sat beside him and watched him play. they took turns in playing the game, competing with each other and eunbi is really good at games so moon bin has to put a tiny bit of effort and concentration when it's his turn. after getting sick of playing games, they took a few sips of alcohol every now and then as they engage in a deep conversation. they switched the lights off to make it even more serious.

"how did we even hold out this long?" moon bin asked her after minutes of silence, staring deeply into her eyes. she turned her head to him and stared back at him as she shrugged.

"i don't have any idea, but i don't mind it." she smiled.

they weren't drunk at all (even if they are allowed to) because no one likes hangovers on a monday morning. it's hard to remember the events that took place when you're wasted and it's just a real pain in the ass. moon bin and eunbi were not drunk but it still happened.
