Somewhere off the Coast of Italy. Near the Mediterranean Sea. July 18, 2015.

Salt stung my eyes, yet I didn't care. I held my knife in my teeth as I rose from the surface of the water. Very clique yet it was my job. Taking the knife, I sliced the ropes holding the anchor.

Almost instantly, the boat swayed more. I quietly climbed the side ladder and dried my gun. Glen Archibald. My target. He has murdered many innocent people including children. Only a monster deserved to die. A monster just like him.

Smelling the air, I caught a whiff of the pungent odor. A mixture of blood and rotten meat. Controlling the bile rising in my throat, I focused on the crimes he committed. I quietly and slowly opened the cabin door.

Moans and groans came from what I assumed was the bedroom. The screams got louder, and I almost was going to leave since there couldn't be any witnesses. I turned my heel when another scream was heard. But this was a different one. It sounded in pain and with fear. I rushed to the door and slammed my foot on the handle. Holding a blonde girl covered in blood and whimpering, was Archibald. His eyes had gone black and his mouth and fangs were covered in blood. Yes he is a vampire. Or should I say was.

As quick as light, my fist came in contact with face. He hissed, dropping the lifeless body of the girl on the floor. As I saw her dim blue eyes, I saw red. Using a combination of karate and martial arts, I beat the horrid beast. Taking my knife drenched in silver, I placed it to his pale neck. He hissed as it came in contact and I forced him to look at me.

Who are you? He spat in my face, squirming from my deadly hold.

I did not respond. I could not anyways. Still gripping his head, I wiped the blood off my mask. I slowly slid his throat and he kept pleading mercy, like many others who I have killed as well. I cut his head off and burned his body. I looked at the bedroom now covered in blood. Pictures of women bleeding dressed in erotic clothing. My face twisted in disgust. Where his body was, now was a pile of ash.

I wiped my suit, gloves, and mask, which were drenched with a mixture of sweat, blood, and salt water. As I finished, I heard a motor. I glanced through the window, and a string of curses flew from my mouth. There were more. In total about eight. I gathered my things and was going to run not from fear but I wanted to see their reaction from a far. Opening the window, a child-like whimper reached my ears. I looked more closely and my heart clenched. A boy, no more than ten, and girl, around the age of five. The boy had his fragile arms around the girl, who I assumed was his sister.

I shouldn't have been here longer, because I had completed my mission. But these children were different and supernatural. One man, with a snake tattoo on his face, grabbed the girl's blond hair. The boy growled and reached for the girl. Snake laughed and signaled another. With one swift move, the boy was on the floor, clenching his stomach.

I watched from the window. My gut told me attack and my brain told me attack. And for once, we all agreed for once.
