it all started with a look.
the look that would eventually bring luke and michael together.
the look that would eventually cure the boys of all their habits.
the look that would save them.
this certain look happened when luke hemmings found himself at a cage match.
he watched the boy he had met previously that day punch and kick and be the cause of pain.
luke didn't understand how anyone could make a career out of this. why would anyone make a career out of hurting someone else? luke enjoyed his job of being a young, up and coming journalist. he could write what he wanted, he could say what he wanted.
luke hid behind his pen. no one knew him. no one stopped him on the streets. no one payed mind to luke hemmings. no one knew who luke hemmings was.
all because luke stayed anonymous.
which is something michael only wishes he could do.
