Fives felt the sweat drip into his eyes. ARC training was harder than it looked. It had been two days since he and Echo and talked about 99 and Domino squad. And things seemed to be getting better. Every once in a while, Fives would have a funny comment, or Echo would have a grin on his face. The healing prosses had begun.
He looked up at their ARC trainer. His name was Raider, apparently, he was from an elite group called the 502nd, led by Gray Jedi General Adama Lachi and Commander Raider. Fives did one last flip, landing o his feet. He looked over to see Echo do the same. They went up to Raider. "Noce job, Boys. Get some rest," he said. He had been told to keep an eye on them.
Fives and Echo sat down in the barrack, panting. They slid their shirts off, allowing the cool air to reach their sweat-drenched bodies. "So, how many droids did you shoot down today," Rives asked. "56," Echo said. "I counted 55 for you. I trashed that last one, Echo," Fives said, remember what he had said on Rishi. If Echo was feeling any sadness, he hid it. "No messy tears today. And also, like hell you did! I got that one!" he said. Fives gently tackled his friend onto the bed, laying gently on top of him. "You want to fight about that?" Fives asked. "Oh, yes. If you mean what I think," Echo said. "Of course, ner vod," Fives said, laying down beside Echo, gently punching him in the arm. "What was that for?" Echo asked. "That's for being my brother," Fives said. He slapped Echo across the cheek. "And that is for everything else," Fives said, getting on top of Echo. "Fives, I love you, but I have no idea what to do with you," Echo said. "Well you can love me, because I'm always open when you need me," Fives said, wrapping Echo in his warm embrace. "Who better to love than you, Fives?" Echo said, leaning into his brother's chest, smiling and wishing he could freeze this moment and make it last forever.
Yes! Ficho forever! This chapter really doesn't have a purpose, but I think we need more Ficho in the world, so... yeah, here it is!
