Kiko's P.O.V
I got home and I can't contain myself from screaming my lungs out. I had butterflies in my stomach. MY CRUSH JUST GAVE ME A NICKNAME! I can't believe it, I started washing the clean dishes.
"What are you doing?" My mom questioned.
"uh washing the dishes?" I said stuttering.
"You are such a weird kid" My mom laughed.
After I washed the clean dishes I went to my bathroom to shower. I couldn't stop thinking about our conversation. He gave me a nickname, it was a weird one but still. I started fantasizing about us being together doing cute things. It just circled around my head for a few minutes until I got out of the shower. As I was changing my clothes I was spaced out thinking about him. But then there was the thought that what if he thinks I'm just a weird creepy girl from next door. What if he already has a crush then I won't have a chance on him. I guess we were friends now but no more than that. Maybe I should confess to him? No, that would ruin our friendship.
It was the weekend so there was nothing better to do than just watch anime and play video games. But I figured I should do something else for a change. I looked in the mirror and decide to do my makeup. I decided that I would do an simple look just like the ones i saw on Pinterest. For my eyes I did a simple eye look with just a warm brown on the crease, eyeliner and some mascara. For my face I didn't do much I just added blush on my cheeks. And for my lips just a clear gloss. I took pictures of me and posted them on Instagram. I received a lot of comments from my post but there was one that caught my eye.
"You're not the same creepy girl I met just a while ago, Koko :p"
It was Shoto. IT WAS HIM. I rubbed my eye a couple times forgetting I have mascara on and by the time I looked on the mirror I had racoon eyes. He commented on my post AHHHH!!
I freaked out when I saw his comment. I was dying, I had butterflies in my stomach. I felt good knowing my crush complimented me, at least it was a compliment for me.

Shoto: Hey I just wanted to ask you if you play any video games? I know it's weird for me to ask a girl.
WHAT?! HE MESSAGED ME! Okay okay calm down now Koko.
Kiko: Uh yeah I do play a few. Why?
Shoto: You wanna play with me? I don't really have any friend on this neighborhood, just you.
Kiko: Oh okay sure!
We played Fortnite for a few hours until dinner time. I was so happy I get to play with him. And the fact that he considers me as a friend made me even more happy.
