Methods to Import OLM into Outlook

Follow these steps to import Outlook for Mac OLM file data into Outlook:
Step 1: Sign in to your Outlook for Windows account.
NOTE: Use the same user account credentials for Windows Outlook that you used for connecting to the Exchange server account in Outlook for Mac.
Step 2: Once the account is signed in, Outlook Windows will synchronize and store mailbox data from Exchange server locally.
