ᴄʜᴀᴘᴛᴇʀ 1

ᴇsᴛᴏɴɪᴀ's ᴘᴏᴠ

I sigh as I went out of the apartment building, I went to over to the convenience store next to it, as I was checking out some of the chips I hear the small television in the counter of the store telling the news, it was about an explosion of a house that belonged to a millionaire, it didn't really shock me, I was used to this kind of world. The one who decides how strong you are, how well you can control your ability, I sigh as I went over to the cashier and pay for the chips I bought.

I then went over to the near by bus stop, I put on my head phones and sat at the very back of the bus, I started to listening to the song "Defying Gravity" there's just something about that song that makes me...... Happy while I was listening I looked outside the window, I saw people running really fast and flying, most were students, couldn't blame them, its the first day back at school and who wants to be late on the first day?

After a few minutes I see my stop, I get out of the bus and started walking towards the school, I see students walking with their friends, some were in the fields and just practicing using their power, but even if I was wearing headphones I could still hear their whispers, their gossips about me.

I entered the school building, and again, everyone was looking at me and talking behind my back, I could care less, I'm used to it.

I went over to my locker and I can already see graffiti on it, I hear a few students chuckle, I sighed as I opened my locker and I see a note, I open it and says "Go die you worthless piece of sh*t" I crumpled it and put it back so I can put it in the trash can later, I get my history book and started to walk towards my class

When I arrived a lot of people started to laugh at me, I turn to my side and saw the board saying the same thing the paper that was in my locker, I went up to it and started to erase it. As I was finally done the bell started to ring and everyone immidiently went to their seats as I did the same and at the same time our history teacher started to teach class, I was paying attention until someone threw a paper ball at me, I pick it up and read it "You're a useless cripple"
I didn't pay much attention to it, I've been called worse,  and if your wondering why I get bullied? No Its not because of my height it's about my ability........ You see, I don't have one, well for everybody else that is, I actually do have one, I just don't like showing it, not after the 'accident'
and after that I rarely use my power, to be safe.....
