Chapter 22

A/N- this is how I picture Savannas drawing looks like

Savanna's POV

As soon as we got to my room I started introducing all of my stuffies to Jace who shyly waved back at all of them saying a quiet 'hi'.

"I think they definitely like you!" I giggle and plop down on one of the bean bags on the floor.

Jace blushes and smiles slowly, and a lot more graceful than I, sits on the bean bag next to mine.

"So Jacey, what do you wanna do? We can color or watch cartoons or have a tea party or a dance party!"

I trail off and just stare at him expectantly with a bright smile. He giggles at my excitement and brings his index finger to his chin considering the options.

"Can we color please?" I nod my head enthusiastically and without responding I get up and rush to the drawer with all my coloring supplies.

I start getting out the colors and then white pages and also some coloring books and markers. I put everything on my princess table and wave at Jace to come join me.

"You can just grab whatever you like. I think I'm going to draw a picture!"

After we both sat down and took whatever we wanted we started coloring meanwhile also asking each other silly questions and making small talk.

Nikolai's POV

I watched as Savanna took Jace's hand and carefully but quickly pulled him towards her room. I shook my head with a smile and turned towards Glen who had a similar expression on his face.

"Do you want a drink?" I asked, already walking towards the kitchen knowing he would follow.

"Yes please! The flight was exhausting, Jace was so excited the entire flight and I couldn't sleep at all!" He groaned and mumbled something I couldn't catch.

Glen sat at one of the bar stools and I went to pour our drinks. I gave him his and stood on the other end of the bar.

"Sounds exhausting. But trust me Savanna will wear him out and I won't be surprised if he passes out before dessert." Glen laughs and gulps down his drink in one go.

"Yeah she looks like a handful!" I shake my head with a smile and down my own drink.

"You have no idea! She's a little ball of pure energy."

After talking about our mates for a while longer and laughing about a story or another we move on to other topics like our packs, his family, how I met Savanna and so on. It had been a while since we had the time to properly catch up, always busy with one thing or another.

We had moved to the living room to continue our talk and about an hour later while Glen was in the middle of a story about something Jace did Gloria walked in and informed us that dinner was ready. I thanked her and told Glen to follow me to get savanna and Jace.

When I opened the door to Savanna's room I saw her and Jace on the table coloring and laughing. I smiled and walked in clearing my throat to get their attention.

Savanna looked up and when her eyes met mine a big smile stretched on her face and before I had time to think she was already jumping into my arms.

"Hey Princess, I missed you too." Tightening my arms around her and moving her a little so she's comfortably clinging to me with her legs around my waist I smile and place a kiss on her forehead.

"Are you having fun?" She nods her head quickly making me smile at her cuteness.

"Yes daddy!! Me and Jace colored and I made you a pretty picture!" She wraps her arms around my neck and places a sweet kiss on my cheek.

"Aww Princess, thank you! I can't wait to see it.  How about you Jace? Are you having fun?"
I look toward Glen who also has Jace carried and see him nodding his head.

"Yes! Lots of fun!" He then looks towards Glen "I also made you a picture daddy." I could see Glen melting and I chuckled giving him a smirk, he rolled his eyes as if to say 'you're one to talk'.

"Sav baby dinner is ready." She hides her face in my neck and nods.

"Carry me there daddy please?" I roll my eyes still smiling and walk towards the door.

"Yes of course my bratty princess" Savanna giggles and I make my way downstairs with Glen and Jace following close behind.

Once in the kitchen I set Savanna down on the chair next to mine and as soon as Glen and Jace are settled down we all eat in comfortable silence.

At some point the silence was interrupted and we made small talk throughout the remainder of dinner.

Afterwards we moved to the living room and I sat on the loveseat to the right of the couch with Savanna on my lap.

"Daddy, can I go look for your painting? I want you to see it!" Savanna looked up at me with a smile and puppy eyes.

"Of course baby, ask Jace if he wants to go get his too ok?" Her smile grows even bigger and she nods going over to Jace and Glen that we're cuddled up on the couch.

Soon enough they were giggling and rushing towards the stairs.

"Daddy close your eyes!" Savanna said when they were close enough to the living room. I smiled and closed my eyes waiting for her to reach me.

"Daddy you too please." I heard Jace's voice and I opened one of my eyes to see Glen smile and also close his eyes.

"Here you go daddy!" I felt a piece of paper being placed on my lap and I opened my eyes looking at it.

I couldn't help but smirk at the drawing of Savanna who had drawn little wolf ears and a tail on herself. I looked up to see Savanna blushing.

"Do you like it daddy?" I pulled her in for a quick kiss knowing I had to control myself since we weren't alone.

"I absolutely love it Princess. Thank you very much!" She squealed and gave me a hug and I couldn't help but laugh "now how about you go to our room and wait for me there until I show Glen and Jace their room ok?"

I could tell she was about to protest, probably something along the lines of 'I'm not sleepy' or 'I don't want to go to bed' but a yawn cut her off and I gave her a warning look. She nodded her head and turned to the couch where Jace was.

"Night night Jacey, see ya tomorrow." Savanna gave Jace a quick hug and waved at Glen "night Mr."

"Night night Sav!" Jace waved after her as she went to our room and I stood up to take them to their room.

"So you guys are gonna stay here, my bedroom is the one at the end of the hallway if you need anything"

"Thanks man, goodnight" Glen opens the door to the guest bedroom and guides a sleepy Jace inside.

"No problem. See you tomorrow" with that I turn around and walk towards my room. Sav is sitting on the bed waiting for me and I smile at her.

"C'mere Princess, let's get ready for bed" after helping her into her pjs and changing myself we went and brushed our teeth laying under the covers and cuddling.

I leaned over and connected our lips kissing her in a very passionate and possessive way. She whined when I pulled away and I smirked placing my lips on hers again but only for a second before pulling away completely.

"That's for the drawing, my naughty Princess, we might have to make it a reality soon." I could hear the small hitch in her breath at my words and I chuckled "would you like that princess?"

"Yes daddy. Can we please?" She was looking at me hopefully and I leaned down to capture her lips again.

"Of course baby. Let's go to sleep now, we have a busy day tomorrow"

With that I tightened my hold around her and we both drifted off to sleep.

A/N- I'm not exactly 100% happy with how this chapter came out but it's also 4am and I haven't written anything for this story in forever and you guys really deserved an update so please forgive me for the wait and enjoy.
