I'm The Ex-Girlfriend{An EXO Baekhyun Fanfiction}

Prologue

Joy's POV

I was never popular with boys, but somehow I got him. The perfect boyfriend, kind, considerate, funny and not to mention handsome! ;) 

"Baekkie!" I called him from across the room. He heard me then walked over.

"Well hello, Joy!" He smiled then kissed me on the forehead. I couldn't help but giggle.

"So, Byun Baekhyun! Where are we going after school today?" Yes, you heard me correctly, my boyfriend was none other than, the flower boy of my school, Byun Baekhyun.

"Um..." He thought "McDonalds?"

"Again?" I did a little aegyo which I knew he couldn't resist. "hasibsio, (please) Oppa?"

"Fine, Where do you want to go?" I immediately knew the answer "Gimbop*?" *Gimbop=A korean style sushi.

"Fine..." He sighed then ruffled his hair. He's so cute :3

"Thank you, jagiya!" I said then kissed him on the cheek.

He remained silent and just smiled. 

FEW WEEKS LATER

"Guess who?" a familiar person hugged me from the back. "I don't know?!" I teased.

"How can you not know who I am?!" He let go and pouted. I turend around to see the one and only, Byun Baekhyun. "I knew it was you!" I smiled but he was still upset. I started to panic 'did I make him upset?!' 'ohno ohno!' 

"Just kidding!" His frown turned into hysterical laughter because of my panicked face. "Aish! You! Don't you run! Byun Baekhyun!!!" I chased after him. 

"Okay, okay you win!" He stopped and I hit him in the arm as revenge for what he did to me. "You should really become an actor." I laughed at the thought of that convincing performance by him.

"Em...Yeah..." His smile disappeared and it turned into an unreadable expression...

What's wrong with him."Baekhyun?" I called out. It was silence for a few minutes then, "I gotta go, see you...Tomorrow, Joy."

"Baekhyun?" I was left there alone...

THE NEXT DAY

'I hope Baekkie is feeling better today.' I thought to myself and smiled.

I walked past Baekhyun's class and there was no sign of him. 'Hmm? Strange...'

When I reached my class, all of my classmates were gathered around my table. "Erm... Guys? What are you--" 

Before I could finish, Crystal squeezed me through the crowd and in front of my desk. There I found:

Joy, I know I was weird yesterday and now maybe you know why... I'm going to Seoul for a few years to follow my dreams of becoming a singer. I know it sounds stupid and it might never come true but I need to stay true to myself. And I don't want you waiting for me to get back, you shouldn't cry over me, I think you deserve a better boyfriend for you. Forget about me, I'll be fine. I love you but... unfortunately, it wasn't meant to be. But promise me this, next time we meet, we can still be friends?

" I'm sorry Joy..." Crystal hugged me to comfort me but, I wasn't comforted at the least...
