The Daegu King

Once upon a time there was a kingdom. A kind kingdom.Everyone in the kingdom loved the rulers of Daegu . They were nice and kind to any and everyone . No matter who it was. They even made peace with other kingdoms who were against them. Because of that , they were the most powerful kingdom. They were pure bloods while other rulers were only half bloods. One day , in honor of the people trusting and supporting them , the king decided to have a ball after the general suggested it . The prince begged for it to happen since the king originally denied it. Too many people he claimed . But he did it to make his son happy.

Sending invites to everyone (including kids)in the kingdom were welcomed. Starting at 8pm ,everyone started to fill the ballroom in their fanciest clothing before the doors closed at 9. As the guest arrives , the vampire king and queen sit upon their throne along with the prince sitting in the middle of them. Soon everyone was dancing and singing.

"Are you having fun yoongi?"The queen asked.

"Yes mother. " The prince smiles.

" Good. A happy prince, A happy kingdom.¨ The queen smiles back as she hugs her son

Everything was going good. Everyone was having a good time communicating with each other and eating all the food their stomachs desire. Soon , the king wanted to call a toast. He , the queen and the prince were the only one drinking only blood because the people were mostly human besides all the staff in the kingdom. The blood came from people who voluntarily gave it up and from those who were in jail for committing crimes. They have to give a certain amount of blood before being set free. The amount of blood they have to give is counted as years or how much time that they were imprisoned .Raising his glass, the king begins.

"I want to raise a toast for a peaceful kingdom. To the people!" He exclaims. Everyone raises their glasses and responds.

"To the people!"

As the king goes to bring the glass to his lips , a bullet pierces through the air hitting him in the chest spilling blood on the floor. Everyone is quiet in disbelief before the prince rushes to the king aid. The culprit steps forward. As the young prince looks up , he comes face to face with the general.

" What have you done !?" He shouts out in anger.

He is wondering why none of the maids of staff are coming to help. The king's eyes were already closed. The queen was so worried ,that she could not think right. The heart was a weak spot. Vampire or not. Some might think that they don't have hearts. They do have them, they just don't beat. There are some rituals that can get rid of them , but the king and queen wanted their subjects to feel welcomed as vampires without hearts are quite violent as they have no weak spot.

" I want the throne. And I'm going to have it , one way or another. You get to sit up there and not do anything while everyone else around you works so you can get luxury . Well now , it's my turn." The general resumes.

Men from the army surround the room. Only the ones who were brave enough to betray the royal family thinking that they were going to get something in return. The doors were locked from the outside in order for nobody to get in nor out.

"You're a general! You're supposed to be doing work ! We also have to work to keep this kingdom under control! You're not the only one !" The prince's eyes clouds over.

Everyone besides the general and the soldiers back up into the furthest corners of the room while some rush forward to try to help the king. As the prince turns back around to help his father while also letting his guard down, another gunshot fires. The people helping the king freeze.Yoongi jumps back in shock as his mother's blood paints his face. She was shot ,but in her head. That's when the crowd of people starts screaming trying to get the door open, but it wouldn't budge as the soldiers on the outside wouldn't let it.
