Sitting at the table I usually sit at in the cafeteria, I scroll through my Instagram feed with my AirPods in my ear. I look up from my phone for a split second, and notice Tommy sitting in front of me.
"You know Dj has this lunch period. He might see you sitting with me." I said in a panic.
"Fuck him. I'm just tryna spend time with my girl." He smirked.
I rolled my eyes. "Your girl?"
"Yeah. You my girl."
"I'm definitely not your girl especially since you have all them hoes in your phone."
"But I only want you shawty."
"Yeah right." I said sarcastically, rolling my eyes.
"I'm bein' deadass." He said, trying to persuade me, knowing damn well that he's lying.
"Then cut them off for me." I bugged my eyes at him. "And I wanna see you do it."
He huffed.
"Exactly. That's what I thought." I rolled my eyes.
"So that kiss last night meant nothing to you?"
"I mean- it did." I shrugged. "I just don't want you leading me on. That's all."
"I like you, but I ain't tryna cut bitches off if aint shit gon' happen between us. Ya know?"
I shrugged my shoulders. "I guess." I sighed.
"And I don't care about yo brother not wanting me to talk to you. Imma talk to you regardless." He said boldly.
"You know both my dad and brother is crazy. You must got a death wish." I snickered. "Playing with them is suicide."
"When you gon' let me take you out?" He asked, ignoring my comment.
"Like- on a date?" I asked.
"Mhm." He hummed. "A real date."
"Ummmm" I look up to the ceiling to think. "My mom isn't gonna have a problem with me going out with you, but my dad on the other hand-"
"Just sneak out." He cuts me off.
"You saw what happened last night when I snuck out. I'm not tryna go through all of that shit again."
He sighed. "Just find a way. Aight?"
I nodded my head okay. Then he suddenly stands up from his seat across from me and makes his way over to my side of the table to sit besides me.
He touches the side of my neck, and places a kiss on my lips. I was filled with complete bliss as I deepen the kiss.
"Word?" I heard a familiar deep voice behind me say.
I turned around and saw Dj, causing Tommy to stand up.
"You still fuckin' with this nigga? After all the shit that happened last night you still fuckin' with this lame?" Dj asked boldly and loud, in an angry tone.
"Dj, we don't care about what-"
Before I could finish my sentence, Dj pushes Tommy, and lands a clean punch across his face which caught me by surprise and majority of the cafeterias attention.
