CHAPTER SIX: RENDEZVOUS
rendezvous (noun.) a meeting at an agreed time and place, typically between two peopleA girl woke up. She had wavy, sapphire blue hair and bright, blue eyes. She looked around her surroundings. She was in a field of tall grass. The girl spotted multiple houses not too far away from her, and got up.
"What is this place?" she muttered to herself. Birds chirped in the trees, as if they were talking to her. The girl was timid, and cautious. The girl's hair whipped around her as the wind rushed through the air.
The girl approached the village, somewhat blending in with the crowd.
Leah walked around. The rest were at Sheryl's Inn, getting them rooms. Leah was looking for any familiar faces, or ones that looked familiar yet evil at the same time.
Winter on the other hand was talking to Rouge and asking questions to her friend. "So what's your favorite color?" She asked.
Rouge shrugged, "I mean, I like green. But I also like red too," he smiled at Winter.
Jasper glanced at the two, "You guys are seriously acting like you're married."
"BUT DO MARRIED PEOPLE ASK THEIR PARTNER ABOUT THEIR FAVORITE COLORS! NO! THEY ALREADY KNOW!" Winter shrieked on top of her lungs and turned red.
Rouge blushed and covered his face from nearby villagers. Jasper smirked and turned around, "If you guys remembered, you two absolutely 'hated' each other, yet loved each other," she giggled.
Winter looked at Jasper speechless. After a few seconds she spoke, "You're lying right? I mean why would I hate him!? He's cool!"
"I think I'm hotter," Rouge joked. Inside he was a little disheartened.
Jasper smiled, "When I meant hate, I meant in a friendly way," she giggled, "I expect the both of you to be dating when this is over."
Winter looked down and turned red.
Rouge looked away, his face tinted pink, "Why don't we just wait for Leah..."
"Yeah..." Winter whispered, still looking down.
Jasper shrugged, smiling to herself, "So we picked out four rooms. Ashley has one, Leah has one, I have one..." she trailed off, "Oh! We only have one more~"
Winter suddenly looked up. "UH! I think that we should just... pick another room?" She said, trying to avoid sharing a room with Rouge.
Rouge stood up abruptly and went to the front desk, "Excuse me, could we have one more room please?" he said, literally begging.
The lady at the front desk shrugged, "Ok then. You're lucky we have two more available rooms," she added.
"THANK YOU!" Rouge cried, taking the room card. He went back, "Seperate rooms," he grinned, waving his card.
Jasper took the card and inspected it, "Wow. This looks high tech. In fact this whole place looks like the future."
Winter looked around. "It does? I have no memory of the present, so I don't know what it looks like..."
Rouge nodded with Winter, "Same here."
Jasper's mind felt like she'd seen this before. Did Kyo show her one of these? But that would make this her home planet..
"Well, what now. I'm feeling a bit bored." Winter said with a frown.
Jasper looked up, a playful glint in her eye, "If you're so bored why don't you two go out and have some fun?" It was obvious here that she was luring them to go on a date.
