Chapter eighteen:

John woke the next morning and he looks down at his wife who is sleeping peacefully.

He just smiled at marlena and he didn't what to wake her up because she need her rest, after the night they have.

They both was up most of the night with Evan.

John yawned as he slowly get out of bed and then he goes the bassinet.

John smiles down at his baby son who is still asleep in his bassinet.

John walks to Marlena's side of the bed and leaned over and kissed her on the head and says to her, I love you, Doc, and then he headed straight for the bathroom to have a hot shower.

After his shower, John get changed and walks back into the master bedroom, he climbed back in to bed and he smiles at Marlena, who is still asleep.

Doc?, John whispered as he rubbing her arm, Marlena started to wake up from her sleep.

Marlena opens up her eyes and then she smiles at her husband, who is smiles back at her

Morning, she said and kissed john on the lip, lightly.

Marlena put her head on john's chest as he'd become her pillow.

Marlena rubbed her hand on john's chest as she slowly woke up.

You okay, baby?, john asked his wife as he kissed her shoulder.

Yeah, just tired and How long has Evan been sleeping for?, marlena asked her husband.

he been sleeping for a while, john told marlena as he started to kissed her shoulder again.

I should wake evan to feed him, marlena said as she smiled at her husband.

Okay, i will get him for you, john told his wife.

Okay, thank you, honey, marlena said back to her husband as he gets up from the bed again and walkes over to the bassinet to get evan.

John picked up his son, who is still asleep and he puts him in his arms.

He walks over the bed again and sat down on it as he hangs the baby to marlena.

Marlena is holding her baby son as she trying to wake him up to eat.

Evan, sweetheart, you need to wake up mommy, needs to feed you.

marlena said to her son as she rubbed his little stomach.

John smiled at his son who is in his mother's arms.

john started to tickle Evan's tiny feet and Evan stretching out his little feet and hands.

Evan starting to wake up form his sleep as both john and marlena smiles down at him.

Doc, i going to wake up the kids and get them ready for school as you're feeding Evan.

John told his wife as he goes and kisses her on the lips and then he kisses evan on the cheeks.

Okay, marlena said back to her husband
as she smiled at him.

John gets up from the bed again and walked to the door and opens it.

He walked out from the master bedroom and goes gets belle and Brady both ready for school.

After john getting the kids dressed for school, he walked back into the master bedroom and he find marlena still nursing evan.

Doc, i Thought you will be changing evan by now?.

John asked his wife as he walks over the bed and he sits beside her.
