Karamatsu X Natsuki (Oc) [Osomatsu_Show]

[ ●Prologue● ]

“W-wait! N-Natsuki!”

Natsuki's head turns around, her hair swaying over her shoulder as her amber eyes gazed at her tired shy friend. Her friend crouched down as his hands were on both of his knees trying to catch his breath

“Kara? What’s wrong? Did you come here to…?” 

“N-no! I-i mean y-yes...but..i also came because i...i-i wanted to tell you something before you..leave..” Karamatsu said, his freckles now turn pink, still heavy breathing by the fast running draining his energy, making it hard for him to express his feelings to his close friend Natsuki

“Can it be fast? My manager is waiting for me and the bus can only hold open for a short time..” Natsuki glances back at her manager as he showed her his wrist, signifying time is running out

“I-i know I know--i just...i just wanted to tell you something i've haven't...told you for...a long while..”

“What is it Kara-kun?” Natsuki steps forward, her eyes glancing at Kara’s. Both teen stare at each other as their height seem as accurate same height

Karamatsu gulped, his palm sweaty as his knees shook. His vision felt blurry as his tongue was dry. In his right hand was a letter, containing a poem he had written after graduation. Kara leaves the after school graduation party in order to make it to Natsuki before she leaves for another state

“N-Natsuki...i..i-i…--”

“NATSUKI! The bus driver can't wait any longer! Get over it and hop in before we leave! The plane can't wait either!” 

Natsuki manager yelled, making Kara stumble and stop at mid first sentence

“Alright! Alright! Just, wait like 3 minutes--”

“N-no, no! Its okay, i just wanted to tell you...good luck at..becoming your dreams..” he said, hiding his letter behind him

Natsuki turn to him and smiled warmly

“Thanks Kara...for everything..you’re a good friend to me than anyone else has been” 

“R-really?” 

“Yes, really. You’re the one who even help me to get to where i'm gonna start, i'll never forget you for helping me this much Kara-kun” Natsuki said

Giving a hug at Kara as he jumped by Natsuki's touch. His arms slowly wrap around her waist until he digs his face into Natsuki's neck and shoulder as Natsuki hugs even tighter to him. Both friends hold on to each other as Kara tried to cry

“I-ill...miss y-you..”

“I’ll miss you too...but!” Natsuki pulled back, her smile back into a much brighter and happier 

“We have each other's phone numbers, we can always call on Sundays and send each other text messages. We can do that still, right?” Natsuki ask

Kara eyes grim with light as he nods, hint of blush around the corner of his cheeks

“Y-yeah! Of course!”

“Natsuki!!”

Natsuki half smiled, her eyes sadden knowing her and her friend would be a millions away from each other

“That's my cue to go..ill text you when i get there?” she ask, her hand lifted into a fist pump

“Definitely..” 

Kara fist pumps Natsuki as her smiled sadden but turn around and head to her manager and into the bus

As Natsuki sat on her seat while her manager told the bus driver which airport to go to, she looked out the window. Karamatsu not leaving his spot, they both stared at each other

Natsuki pointed her fingers at Kara, turning it into a finger gun. Winking at him, my mouth making a “BANG!” move

Kara surprised at Natsuki's move, Kara smiled widely, holding his chest. Acting as if he got shot, shot by the first person he was ever friends with, first person who has admired and adored

The first person who he has fallen in love with.

Before he knew it, the bus started driving as Natsuki waved against the window as Kara waved back. Looking at the bus drive away into the highway

Until he knew it, she was gone

Karamatsu eyes started to trickle, his lips quivered as he looks over the letter in his hands, crushed in his palm

Wiping away his tears, sniffing away before he turns around but to be surprised his family was there

“Let’s go home Kara..”

Karamatsu mom said as his mom and Karamatsu father walked in the car, his brother still just looked at him. As if they were concerned for his brother heartbreak

“Kara..?” Osomatsu called before Kara hid away his eyes, pushing away his brothers as he let himself in the car until everyone one by one stepped into the car and drove away

Both friends driving away their opposite ends of their pathway, separated paths

But with different paths, Fate had other plans for them
