BENDING this crowned prince of the water kingdom was trained ruthlessly once the kingdom found out he was the blue dragon, being taught how to manipulate water and ice whenever he pleased, even learning some healing techniques. he has only gone into dragon form once in his life.
PERSONALITY tehon was taught very early on in life that practically the world rested on his shoulders. he was trained over and over daily so he was prepared enough to be the best dragon he could possibly be. he was supposed to represent the whole kingdom.
because of that, he became closed off to everyone, his trainers wanting him to be focused on the kingdom as a whole politically rather than the small villages that lay outside of them and his people. he doesn't do well with actual human interaction.
