Your sitting in your seat on the first day of seventh grade , saddened by the end of a perfect summer . You notice a handsome brown-eyed boy glancing at you often . The teacher , Mr.Sampson , was excitingly blabbing on and on about how fun our language arts class would be this year . Although he was loud and enthusiastic , you couldn't keep your mind off the boy . Before you knew it , it was time for 2nd period . You quietly moved along to your next class .
By the time advisory had rolled around , you finally saw him again . He had been in your 4th and 6th periods , but you didn't have a chance to meet him . Since advisory is a study hall sort of period , the teacher allowed you and your fellow class mates to talk . You and your 2 closest friends , Sierra and Megan , sit and chat . All of a sudden you feel a light tap on your shoulder . As you turn , you realize that it was the boy . He smiles quirkily , and says "Hey , my names Kian . " Awkwardly you say " Hi I'm Alex ."
